    Country Manager

    • A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Country Manager for their team in South Africa.

    Key aspects of the role include:

    • Design and implement a strategic plan, ensuring the company’s objectives are met.
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Leads the entire commercial activities.
    • Holds P&L responsibility.
    • Assess and identify potential market growth opportunities.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the market.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
    • Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
    • Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.

    Commercial Director

    • A reputable and well-established Energy & Light Systems Manufacturing company who are hiring a Commercial Director to be based in South Africa.

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Provide strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives.
    • Responsible for the profitable development of the business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth and enhancing market accessibility across the assigned region.
    • Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and development opportunities.

    • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships and strategic partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
