    Marketing Co-ordinator Miladys (Fixed Term Contract)

    Job Description
    Role Purpose 

    • Support the Marketing team in the seamless execution of marketing campaigns,  promotions, new store openings, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role is  responsible for coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines  are met, processes are followed, and all campaign elements are delivered accurately  and on time. This fixed-term position will provide operational support to maintain  business continuity and deliver exceptional execution during a high-volume trading  period. 

    Responsibilities

    • Own marketing competitions, ensuring the brief is clear for Graphics designer  and online team. Ensure the Terms and Conditions are Approved by Brand  Manager and submitted to Legal for sign off before being loaded on the website.  Ensure that the Terms and Conditions are accurate and have been loaded on the  website before the competition goes live. Own the competition from end-to-end. 
    • Co-ordinate accurate prices & descriptions with Merch team on time, to ensure  print deadline is not compromised 
    • Own New store opening (NSO), relocation and closures. Liaise with external  stakeholders, including Mr Price Money, to ensure the facilitation of in-store  credit requirements for NSO. Coordinate with The Creativity Lab for activation  activities related to NSO, ensuring all creative elements align with the brand's  guidelines and messaging. 
    • Project manage all NSO activations i.e SMS, flyers, posters, social media etc 
    • Support in scheduling & copy that gets signed off by Brand Manager 
    • Update the SMS tracker (with size of database for each SMS sent - this supports  us being able to estimate SMS costs per send) 
    • Attend trade meetings and take minutes on action points and share with the  marketing team. Brief the relevant stakeholder where required i.e ITI agency,  Graphics designer, SMS etc 
    • Influencer sourcing letters i.e writing, distributing and tracking  
    • Support digital marketing manager as and when required 
    • In-store signage briefing and execution 
    • Campaign distribution list management
    • BIL compilation 
    • Distribution management and courier coordination. 

    Qualifications

    • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines  simultaneously.

    Store Manager Monument Centre

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded.          

    Responsibilities
    Stock Management:

    • Ensure that stock is accurately received & unpacked to merchandise and replenish the sales floor.
    • Monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans, etc.) to mitigate risks (stock loss) and ensure adequate stock on hand.
    • Oversee the overall maintenance of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards.

    Sales Growth & Profitability:

    Risk Management:

    • Conduct compliance checks through defined processes (e.g. admin checks, store audits, visual audits, COMO (Continuous Monitoring) reports, POS reports, health & safety standards, weekly hanger counts, security, etc.) to ensure and enforce overall compliance with policies and procedures.              

    Customer Experience Management:

    • Ensure and maintain the implementation of customer experience processes (through the execution of business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, customer experience plans, visual standards, customer feedback, general housekeeping, etc.) to meet customer service standards.

    Leadership & Development:

    • Lead and drive the team within a store to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.
    • Identify & drive training, coaching, and development needs with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
    • Recruit, administer & manage performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Job Description

    • Develop an astute preseason and in season online channel sales plan that meets the demands of the online customer maximising targeted sales and stock clearances.

    Responsibilities
    Current trade:

    •  Monitor weekly sales and reforecast where necessary, feeding back variations to ecommerce planning manager and liaising with location planners
    •  Convert sales forecasts into in season stock supply needs and review against initial allocations. Liaison with location planner if allocations need to be adjusted to ensure efficient use of space.

    •  Ensure Ecommerce fulfilment center is not overstocked and flush Odds and slow-moving items when necessary
