Change Capability & Learning
- Design, develop and deliver digital, virtual and blended learning solutions that build change management capability across the organisation.

- Develop learning that enables people to apply change management effectively in real transformation scenarios, rather than focusing solely on theoretical knowledge.

Regional & Change Network Capability
- Partner with Regional Change Managers to strengthen the capability of regional Change Networks and support effective local delivery and adoption.
- Develop scalable learning and enablement programmes for Change Makers, Change Agents, Business Champions and other change communities.
- Provide Regional Change Managers with tools, materials and guidance that can be adapted to regional and business needs.
- Help create an active community of change practitioners that shares knowledge, experience and best practice across the organisation.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and capability interventions.
- Use data, adoption insights, participant feedback and programme outcomes to assess impact on engagement, readiness, adoption and business value.
- Establish feedback loops that turn lessons learned from programmes and regional teams into improvements to frameworks, learning and tools.
- Experiment with new approaches and technologies to improve how change capability is developed and scaled.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Change Enablement team based on evidence and emerging needs.
Innovation & Future Capability
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning across the Change Enablement community.

- Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent change management qualification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or other modules.
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow designs.
- Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation, including data models, integrations, and workflow diagrams.
Platform Governance & Standards
Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance models.

Project Delivery
