    Full Catering Operations Management

    • Oversee daily canteen operations, ensuring smooth service across all shifts.

    Staff Management & Training

    • Recruit, induct, and manage canteen staff (chefs, servers, cashiers, cleaners).

    Residence Manager- CPT

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Building & Operations Management

    • Oversee total day-to-day residence operations, maintenance management, BMS systems, and health & safety (OHS) compliance.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    • The Groups Product & Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, developing and enhancing group travel programmes, while securing the most suitable products, services and pricing for group enquiries across Southern Africa.
