    Maintenance Lead

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Lead to lead our site maintenance organization in Rosslyn. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
    • You will play a key role in delivering breakthrough performance through the development and execution of a strategic reliability plan, aligned to best practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the site maintenance function, covering both equipment and facilities maintenance
    • Develop and execute reliability and maintenance strategies aligned with site priorities
    • Drive a loss elimination and continuous improvement culture within the maintenance team
    • Improve plant performance through root cause analysis and engineering solutions
    • Implement robust maintenance planning, scheduling, and performance management systems
    • Manage MRO stores, spare parts strategy, and stockroom operations
    • Ensure reliable operation of site utilities, compliance, and safety standards
    • Own and manage the maintenance and contractor budget, delivering cost-saving initiatives
    • Partner with site leadership to coordinate maintenance activities and deliver site goals
    • Champion sustainability, safety, and operational excellence initiatives

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)  
    • Minimum 7 years’ engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
    • Proven experience in:
    • Leading maintenance and engineering teams
    • Driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Establishing a strong root cause analysis culture
    • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
    • Must have GCC Certificate

    Preferred Knowledge:

    • Ensuring asset integrity for safety-critical equipment
    • Lifecycle integrity of critical assets
    • Maintenance (vibration, thermography)
    • Managing high-risk activities
    • Confined space entry
    • Hot work
    • Working at heights
    • Contractor safety performance & governance

    Skills & Behaviours you’ll need:

    • Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability engineering practices
    • Experience with SAP PM module
    • Background in FMCG / CPG manufacturing environments
    • Exposure to automated processing and packaging equipment
    • Government Certificate of Competency

    Accounts Payable Analyst

    About the role

    • Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be performing payment functions and associated accounting entries for all entities as well as posting invoices and credit notes in the Purchase Ledger. You’ll also be required to actively support in both routine tasks and process improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understanding debit balances and the actions to take.
    • Reconciling vendor statements in a timely manner.
    • Processing intercompany and 3rd party invoices accurately from return workflow.
    • Working to resolve parked and blocked invoices as well as debit balances and the actions to take.
    • Performing Accounts Payable reconciliations on a monthly basis.
    • Develop customer relationships with internal customers (purchasers- and accounting personnel) and provide a high quality service to all stakeholders.
    • Identification and implementation of process improvements, with ability to competently share knowledge and learnings

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Strong previous experience of working within an accounts payable department for a multi-national organisation (or experience in AR/Finance role)
    • Good understanding of VAT taxation rules and regulations
    • Strong IT/Computer literate skills and Intermediate-advanced MS Excel skills with a working knowledge of SAP
    • Strong reconciliation skills

    Global Graduate - Demand Planning

    Overview

    • This is an entry-level (with possible 1 yr experience in Demand Planning) position designed to provide foundational experience in demand forecasting and supply chain planning. It involves hands-on work with data analysis, forecasting tools, and reporting systems to support accurate demand planning. The role will support the end-to-end demand planning cycle, including data gathering, forecast generation, and performance tracking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, which directly influences inventory levels, customer service, and cost efficiency.
    • Identify trends and insights from sales and market data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to align demand plans with business objectives.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems.

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) is advantageous.
    • Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) is advantageous.
