    IT Service Desk Administrator - Head Office - Edenvale X 2

    What is the purpose of this job?

    • To effectively respond to, process and resolve customer calls and incidents logged with the service desk, through operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to all internal processes and policies in order to minimise potential disruption to business activities
    • Provide first line technical support to resolve service desk incidents and re-route the query or escalate as and when required
    • Process all requests accurately and with maximum efficiency
    • Ensure that all tickets are addressed in line with Service level agreements/business expectations
    • Ensure that all incidents logged with the service desk are captured on the system according to established standards
    • Ensure accurate and timeous resolution of all calls
    • Share learnings from incidents logged with the service desk team and line manager
    • Escalate all incidents, service requests or issues in line with levels of authority and provide feedback to customers
    • Provide relevant feedback on all unresolved incidents
    • Assist with the setting up of workstations with computers and required devices such as routers and printers, and configure appropriate software and functions according to requirements
    • Assist with providing administrative support services for servers, desktop and laptop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, telephones, smartphones, application deployments, resetting of passwords and security updates
    • Assist with troubleshooting activities, resolve problems and connectivity issues and mitigate operational risks
    • Actively support and participate in major incidents, changes and releases, disaster recovery planning and implementation projects as and when requested
    • Address any gaps in knowledge or information of major incidents and raise any queries regarding instructions and guidelines to address queries, communicate status and the impact on clients
    • Share knowledge of previous incidents, solutions, and technical skills with team members
    • Maintain relationships with all customers and stakeholders in line with SLA’s to achieve operational excellence
    • Effectively address client frustration and required service level delivery
    • Maintain methods of communication to keep stakeholders informed and build effective relationships
    • Provide administrative and technical support to the IT department and line manager
    • Ensure a clean and safe environment by applying housekeeping principles

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required
    • IT certificates an advantage
    • Relevant IT Degree (BCom, BSc) or related qualification an advantage
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Desk, Help Desk Administrator required
    • Demonstrated experience in supporting technical desktop, laptop, and Point of Sale issues

    Area / Regional Manager - Gauteng

    What is the purpose of this job?

    • To lead store teams, drive turnover, ensure profitability, control expenses, manage stock, deliver high store disciplines and standards in line with operational excellence for all designated stores.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Promote a high-performance culture though the effective leadership and management of store teams.
    • Monitor sales for designated stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure action plans are in place to deliver required results.
    • Ensure store specific action plans are in place for all underperforming stores.
    • Discuss performing and non-performing stores with the National Operations and Sales Manager monthly and provide feedback on the achievement of action plans to deliver to requirements, including but not limited to stock management, slow moving products promotions, sales targets, Loyalty Card Programme, operational standards, shrinkage results and stock loss action plans, staffing and staff morale.
    • Conduct performance meetings with underperforming store teams, ensure clear action plans are in place, monitor and review the achievement of the action plan.
    • Ensure all monthly promotions are implemented in stores, according to required standards and each store provides the relevant evidence of implementation.
    • Prepare and present quarterly reviews to the Managing Director and National Operations & Sales Manager, including relevant analysis and clear action plans to deliver to key performance requirements.
    • Ensure effective utilization of reports to support sound problem solving and decision making.
    • Effectively utilize relevant reporting to provide input to required stock levels and volumes to support sales budgets, e.g., Top selling lines, Slow moving product line items, Out of Stock line items, stock re-ordering levels.
    • Prepare for, co-ordinate and obtain input for the content to be shared at Cycle meetings, ensuring that topics covered add value, address area specific relevant matters, enhance continual sales growth and the development of employees.
    • Ensure that visual merchandising standards and disciplines are consistently implemented and maintained to the required business standard to create a beautiful store experience.
    • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of visual merchandising that encourage link selling and support the effective implementation of promoted products.
    • Ensure stores maintain presentation standards and disciplines which include merchandising of windows, shop fronts, gondola ends, and countertops.
    • Share best practice learnings with other teams and across areas.
    • Ensure that the store teams maintain focus on all key business indicators including but not limited to customer service excellence; Moments of Truth, Loyalty Card Programme, promotions, Link Selling, Make overs, stock management, Store standards and disciplines though the effective utilization of reporting, and ongoing feedback.
    • Draft and submit a Monthly store visitation plan and provide updates on any changes to the agreed plan.
    • Conduct monthly store visits and discuss including but not limited to sales performance against targets, store standards, store disciplines, compliance with policies and procedures, utilization of the Model Store files, notice board standards, stock management and the used of stock reports to manage Top 200 Items.
    • Complete the Operations checklist and Banking audits monthly and provide feedback to the store management including updating the Store Visitation book with the relevant feedback, action plans and instructions.
    • Ensure that the fully completed Operational Checklist is forwarded to the National Operations and Sales Manager monthly.
    • Follow up, address, and rectify the out of line areas recorded on the Risk audits and previous store visits.
    • Identify prime locations for stores in existing malls and shopping centers and discuss opportunities with National Operations and Sales Manager.
    • Keep up to date with new mall and shopping center developments and notify the National Operations and Sales Manager of possible sites for new stores.
    • Ensure the successful planning, co-ordination and launching of new stores, revamps and relocations and ensure the relevant checklists are completed.
    • Effectively manage all people processes including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, learning and development processes, recognition schemes and annual leave planning.
    • Effectively and timeously manage monthly payroll processes including the preparation and submission of the Staff Movement reports and all relevant supporting documentation.
    • Ensure effective staffing schedules are in place in all stores including staffing over peak seasons, stock takes, training schedules and annual leave.
    • Liaise with the Human Resources and Recruitment Department to identify appropriate. methods to recruit suitable candidates for relevant positions within agreed timelines.
    • Ensure that the correct recruitment processes are followed to enable optimal operations and store structures.
    • Ensure all employees are inducted utilizing the official company induction process and documentation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 or related qualification is required
    • A qualification in retail management, sales management, business management or related qualification is an advantage is required
    • A valid drivers license
    • A minimum of three years’ experience in an Area Manager/Senior Managerial position in a flag ship store, within the fashion/retail environment is required.
    • Experience in Fragrances and Cosmetics would be beneficial.
    • Utilizing reporting to effectively manage delivery to key store targets.

    IT System Administrator Hardware - Head Office - Edenvale

    What is the purpose of this job?

    • To effectively manage and maintain system fixed assets.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    What are you responsible for doing?

    • Develop, implement, and review a Hardware Asset Management policy and procedure
    • Develop, monitor, and maintain an Asset Registry of all Information Technology assets
    • Ensure full traceability of all Information Technology assets
    • Provide reports on all assets indicating depreciation, timelines for replacements, costs for replacement, usage concerns, damages etc
    • Partner with IT Manager to ensure that a plan is in place to effectively manage current and future asset and consumable requirements
    • Repair, replace and procure assets and consumables as approved and within budgetary requirements
    • Upgrade, install and configure hardware in support of business needs
    • Partner with IT Manager to ensure all software upgrades are performed when required
    • Deploy, maintain, and optimise company networks, including but not limited to network devises, servers, workstations, and printers
    • Install all network and computer system hardware according to required standards
    • Install, manage, and monitor VOIP telephony across all areas of the business
    • Monitor the usage of existing hardware and report any instances of abuse
    • Assist with the backup, restoration and set up of existing and new mobile devices, telephony, tablets, laptop and desktops.
    • Manage and maintain the ISP control panel
    • Partner with IT Manager to ensure that all software developments are supported by appropriate hardware.
    • Analyse systems data and obtain authorisation to make changes to hardware configuration
    • Ensure data back up and system security operations are implemented
    • Partner with Store Development and Store Operations for the roll out of digital signage
    • Partner with Store Operations to provide new store opening requirements and full functionality
    • Partner with Store Operations to ensure that all assets are accounted for when stores are closed, the asset register is updated, and assets are re-assigned
    • Partner with Risk and Compliance on all CCTV IP equipment roll outs and off-site monitoring
    • Partner with Risk and Compliance on all auxiliary security equipment installations and maintenance
    • Provide technical support to internal customers
    • Respond timeously to service concerns and requests
    • Ensure annual subscriptions are renewed and paid timeously
    • Manage software licenses and contracts with all service providers e.g., CCTV, Alarms, Telecommunications companies (Vodacom, Telkom)
    • Renew and install SSL Certificates annually
    • Share knowledge and build capacity within the IT department
    • Keep up to date with advancements and best practice within field

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 or equivalent is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems or similar qualification is preferred
    • Applicable professional qualification, e.g. MicroSoft, Comptia, etc.
    • Mikrotik Certification an advantage
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years working experience with IT systems, networks and relate technologies.
    • Minimum 3 years experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of IT administration and system security
    • Experience with establishing, updating, and managing an Asset Registry
    • Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g., POPIA)
    • Knowledge of VOIP, Fibre, ADSL networks, CCTV, with Shared APN being an advantage
    • Proven track record with contract management
    • Work experience in a retail or related industry an advantage.
