    Lead Consultant: Enterprise Architect

    Purpose of the job

    • To plan, design and maintain the holistic enterprise architecture view of business processes and ICT systems and ensure business processes and ICT System implementation/integration conforms with the holistic architecture.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Develop ICT/Digital strategies, roadmaps and plans to support organisation business strategy
    • Anticipate future business needs and plan for how digitalisation will support/enable it
    • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture reference models and architecture principles to guide changes to processes or systems
    • Streamline business processes, functions, procedures and workflows and apply a consistent implementation approach.
    • Manage stakeholders’ engagements in the development of new processes and systems and verify feasibility
    • Lead the establishment of Information Governance practice.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering or equivalent NQF Level 7. Certifications: TOGAF will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 8-years’ experience in the ICT field, of which a minimum of 2 years in Enterprise Architecture (business, data, application, technology architecture) or ICT Systems architecture. The ICT field may include ICT Governance, ICT Strategy and Planning, Enterprise Architecture, ICT Consulting, systems development, ICT infrastructure development, ICT procurement, ICT operations/service delivery of integrated ICT systems/solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms, in a corporate or public sector organisation.

    Technical Competencies Description

    Portfolio Manager

    Purpose of the job

    • To apply effective portfolio management principles to coordinate an allocated portfolio of DOD services, programmes and projects, to ensure that clients’ and SITA internal projects are planned, executed and finalised according to budget and to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions using SITA project management methodology.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Effectively applies Portfolio Management principles to Initiate and Plan the Portfolio
    • Effectively applies portfolio management principles to assist SITA Management to align the portfolio with SITA Strategic plan
    • Direct and manage portfolio execution to successful deliver the subsidiary programme and projects, within the portfolio
    • Plan and optimize the effective utilization of resources throughout the delivery of the portfolio
    • Consolidate, Monitor and control Programme costs and revenue to ensure delivery of the Programme`s objectives within budget, scope, time and quality according to plan. Including integrated change control and configuration management.
    • Consolidate, monitor and control costs and revenue to ensure the delivery of the portfolio within budget and profitability guidelines
    • Perform quality Control of portfolio
    • Consolidate, review and report portfolio performance
    • Conduct good Portfolio governance, including configuration management, contracting, Programme governance meetings, risk management, issue management, quality assurance and corporate governance adherence.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Required Qualification: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline - at least NQF level 6.
    • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Prince 2 Practitioner and/or Programme Management Professional (PgMP) and/or Advanced Practitioner (MSP – Managing Successful Programmes) will be advantageous.
    • Experience: A minimum of 8 - 10 years working experience in a leadership role in a project/programme/portfolio management environment, including expertise in: 4 years as Specialist/ Manager in a public/private sector organisation. 3 years Project Management experience 3 years Project Governance experience 3 year in People Management 3 year in Financial Management.

    Senior Project Manager

    Purpose of the job

    • To manage complex SITA internal/external project(s) following the SITA project management methodology, within a defined service/product/customer portfolio.

    Key Responsibility Area

    • INITIATION PROJECT - Effectively applies project management principles to Initiate and Plan the project
    • Manage product delivery to ensure successful delivery of the project
    • PROJECT CONTROL - Monitor and Control project activities to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives within budget, scope, time and quality according to plan

    System Analyst X2

    Purpose of the job

    • To transform business requirements (functional & non-functional) into a set of software requirements that specify the software solution to be provided in terms of detailed requirements, in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for the Government.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with SITA Policy framework.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Required Qualification: 3 year National Diploma / Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) and/or related.
    • Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT Planning, systems development/procurement, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of large integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organization. Including: Experience within solution analysis and design in multiple business domains. Experience within software development on multiple platforms. Experience in integration. Experience in data management.

    Technical Competencies Description
