    Sales Administrator Humansdorp

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Humansdorp, reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor in Durban. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring orders are processed seamlessly and customers receive exceptional service.  

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Preparing and loading instructions accurately and promptly. 
    • Managing daily operational planning. 
    • Ensuring optimal stock availability. 
    • Coordinating accurate and timely stock delivery to customers. 
    • Processing all sales-related documentation efficiently. 
    • Communicating with customers and service providers as well as general office administration. 

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Grade 12/Matric is required. A 3-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics is advantageous.  
    • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, within the FMCG manufacturing environment.  
    • Hands on experience with ERP Management systems, alongside proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.   
    • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

    Masterdata Manager

    Job Description

    • Woodlands Dairy is seeking an experienced and driven Masterdata Manager to establish, govern and manage master data across multiple systems, sites and business processes. This business-critical role will ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data supporting planning, procurement, finance, manufacturing, sales and reporting activities across the organisation. 

    Key Performance Areas:  

    • Develop and implement a group master data governance framework across all business units. 
    • Define data ownership, roles and responsibilities across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Procurement. 
    • Establish and enforce master data policies, standards and procedures, including audit and control requirements. 
    • Drive standardisation of data definitions and structures across systems and sites. 
    • Manage key master data domains, including customer, supplier and procurement data, material/SKU, Bills of Material, production data, milk sourcing data, pricing and trade terms. 
    • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of master data objects, supported by effective validation and approval of workflows. 
    • Ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, and synchronised across ERP and related systems. 
    • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations from a master data perspective. 
    • Implement data quality monitoring, reporting, cleansing, and issue-resolution processes. 
    • Identify the root causes of data errors and drive corrective actions. 
    • Manage changes to master data structures and standards, including impact assessment across systems and business processes. 
    • Continuously improve master data processes and support business transformation and integration initiatives. 
    • Develop data management capability and provide guidance to business users on master data standards and processes. 
    • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales and Operations teams to strengthen data integrity and accountability.

    Knowledge & Skills: 

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or related field. 
    • 8 to 10 years’ experience in master data management, ERP systems or supply chain data environments. 
    • Experience in multi-site or multi-system environments, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing. 
    • Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, and system integration. 
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data structures. 
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capability.

    Services Technician

    • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Services Technician to join our Utilities Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of utilities plant and equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the dairy factory. The role requires a proactive individual with strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting capabilities, extensive experience with utilities generation and reticulation networks, and the ability to perform standby duties and after-hours callouts when required.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on utilities plant and equipment.
    • Maintain, repair, and optimize utilities infrastructure to ensure efficient and uninterrupted factory operations.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on electrical, mechanical and instrumentation systems
    • Maintain and service water treatment plants, compressed air plants, boilers, ammonia refrigeration plants, cold rooms, freezer rooms, AHUs, cooling towers, and transformers.
    • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to support maintenance activities.
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide after-hours support, including standby duties and callouts when required.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Qualified Electrician, Fitter or Mill wright with a Trade Test certificate.
    • Minimum of 8 years' post trade industrial maintenance experience.
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly with electrical and instrumentation networks.
    • Experience conducting safety inspections and maintenance in industrial environments.
    • Knowledge of utilities systems including water treatment plants, compressed air plants, boilers, ammonia refrigeration plants, cold rooms, freezer rooms, AHUs, cooling towers, and transformers.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
    • Willingness to participate in standby duties and after-hours callouts as required.
