    Main purpose of the job 

    • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration.

    High level job objectives 

    • To obtain exposure on learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting) 
    • To obtain training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records; 
    • Monthly reporting; LMS system administration) 
    • To gain experience in training course coordination. 
    • To gain experience in e-learning system administration. 
    • To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum. 
    • To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing

    Job Description

    • The Statutory Operations Department has a vacancy for a Cleaner to maintain the housekeeping of Kirkwood Sub-regional office and to ensure a conducive, safe and hygienic working environment. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the hygiene of the office and equipment where necessary
    • Prepare and serving refreshment 
    • Carry out ad hoc duties given by the Regional Operations Manager

    Requirements:

    • A Grade 10 certificate or relevant qualification
    • Cleaning experience in an office environment would be advantageous
    • Good planning and organizing skills
    • Ability to read and write
    • Good verbal and communication skills within a team environment
    • General knowledge of hygiene practices 
    • Knowledge of cleaning product and equipment
    • Basic knowledge of occupationally health and safety practices and procedures  would be advantages
