    Why do we need you ?

    • Ensuring cleanliness and general arrangement of the Engineering Store and its contents using the WCM 5s methodology.
    • Ensuring safe use of stores tools, issuing, receiving, inspecting and raising concern to relevant foreman on tool condition.
    • Reporting of unreturned tools to the relevant manager for action.
    • Use of the WCM Professional Maintenance Step 0 methodology for managing spare parts inventory in the factory main and satellite stores locations.
    • Daily checks on stock movements and daily cycle counts according to schedule.
    • Follow housekeeping and safety procedure.
    • Work shift and overtime when necessary
    • World Class manufacturing involvement at a high level.
    • Obtaining quotes for spares & equipment needed (Negotiating skills)
    • Placing purchase order requisitions on SAP
    • Receiving parts and materials
    • Processing goods received in good order (quality) on SAP.
    • Quality control and safekeeping of spares in the stores
    • Operating of forklift will become part of the duty after training is completed
    • Execution of other duties as required by the Facility Manager

    • The ideal candidate must have completed matric or N3 and should have a valid trade. This role requires a valid forklift license and at least one to two years working experience in a maintenance team. The candidate must be comfortable with a temporary employment for this role as well as be able to work well under pressure. SAP experience will be advantageous.

    Accounts Payable Team Leader

    Why do we need you ?

    • Ensure that the AP process is performed in compliance with the ICRF/ Internal control and company policies and procedures.
    • Supervise, mentor and support the AP Administrators in the day to day roles.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, talent reviews and support staff development through KPIs,SLAs and quality metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and employee expense claims
    • Monitor payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Supervise the preparation , review and approve supplier statement reconciliations and aging reports
    • Prepare AP reports for month end close and management review
    • Maintain adherence to internal controls,segregation of duties and financial governance policies.

    • The ideal candidate is role will suit a person with a Bachelors' Degree in Financial Accounting / Business Administration or a related field. At least 5-10 years experience in full AP environment with a min of 3 years in team management. Your experience in continuous improvement projects and your AP digital automation & workflow tools (OCR,PO Matching,etc) will set you apart . Computer skills along with essential ERP workflow functionality and payables processes and a broad knowledge of of local and regional statutory accounting rules.

    • Ensure SG EHS Management system is correctly implemented driving the safety culture of the business.

    Why do we need you ?

    • This role is to create a consistent approach to key account management across SGCP Brands including Gyproc , Isover , Weber and abe in the Retail Sector so that our key customers recognize and value the consistent, efficient and effective coordinated approach.
    • Develop and lead a high performing Key Account team, with a focus on coaching, feedback and capability development
    • Adopt a balanced Construction Products approach to account management to:
