Job Description

Administration of the EAMS system (Enterprise Asset Management System), through monitoring of data imported into the maintenance planning system to correspond with standard manual. Complying to service level agreements with Agri-processors site for master data changes. Maintain system/data integrity over all sites that are using On-Key EAMS.

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4.
• Proficient in the MS Office package with the ability to work with Excel on an advanced level (VLOOKUPS/ Pivot Tables).
• Previous experience in Maintenance Planning/ Project Planning will serve as recommendation.
• Previous experience within the processing side of agriculture will serve as recommendation.
• Knowledge of the On-Key System (or relevant Maintenance Planning Software) will serve as recommendation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To mentor and coach all relevant employees to maintain standards, practices and processes.
• To liaise with internal departments and service providers on an ongoing basis to ensure quality service and products.
• Compile data reports of site.
• Maintain Technical Asset Register in EAMS Agri-processors.
• Update general master data (eg trades, sections, WO statuses / priorities, etc)        
• Responsible for master data changes requested and approvals by sites according to Service Level Agreements.
• Responsible for asset register administration and Agri-Processors standards manual Agri-Processors EAMS.
• Monitor master data changes, work order creation procedures and scheduling on sites.
• Keep track of updates and errors on system and report to management on a regular basis.
• Load maintenance tasks in EAMS as request by site.
• Assist in writing control documentation and SOP’s.
• Assist with Implementing of EAMS and training of users.
• Assist In-house Implementation sites, saving on implementation cost.
• Decrease asset life cycle costs in Agri-Processors through Monitoring the EAMS and standards manual.
