    Fitter - Middelburg

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Health and safety
    • Display safety conduct at all time by wearing the correct PPE
    • Attend pre shift meetings
    • Report unsafe conditions and behaviour
    • Adhere to FA and client policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • 3 years minimum post trade test experience as Fitter (Section 13 Artisan)
    • 2 years Learnership/Apprentice in Mining or Construction
    • Basic exposure to maintenance of general plant equipment (Strong and divers machining ability is a requirement)

    General Worker - Limpopo

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with team leader / supervisor to achieve planned operational targets.

    Maintenance Planner - Witbank

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    MAINTENANCE:

    • Organise the equipment downtime for maintenance activities in co ordination with the production department
    • Maintains and updates the preventive maintenance program and its master schedule
    • Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity, inclusive of repetitive maintenance.
    • Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
    • Plan and arrange activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies.

    • EAMS and CBM system experience

    Junior Shift Supervisor- Middleburg

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    MEASUREDPRODUCTIONFIGURES(CPIS):

    • Establish time cycles and set Operators targets.
    • Monitoring and measurements operators target (per shift, per operator).
    • Controlling the KPI’s according to the Supervisors/Operators targets & give performance feedback.
