    B2B Development Manager - Cape Town

    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results driven B2B Development Manager to join our team. The B2B Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while managing strategic business partnerships with identified key players. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

    Local, national, and possible international travel will be required.

    Main Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute key business development strategy. This includes understanding brief, generating ideas, conducting research, developing strategies, and generating business plans for presentation and execution.
    • Identify and pursue potential business partnership opportunities to expand market reach and increase customer base. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with B2B clients. Includes drafting proposals of financial model, agreements and commercial terms.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, to ensure seamless execution of B2B initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new business.
    • Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities, revenue generation and other relevant metrics. Presentation and reporting back to exco level on these elements.
    • Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of partnerships. Regularly analyze partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up to date with industry developments, B2B best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Technical Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • 8- 10 years’ experience in development & customer relationship management preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex B2B sales cycles.

    • The job holder must be pro-active and have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.

    Retail Manager - Dolphin Coast

    Main Accountabilities: 

     Financial Management

    • Ensure that the store meets and exceeds turnover and gross profit targets
    • Ensure compliance with discount management KPI
    • Expense management
    • Stock control
    • General administration

     Brand Management 360°

    • Maintain general housekeeping and Visual Merchandising integrity (includes all areas of the premises)
    • Drive exceptional customer service

    • Ensure compliance with in-store music, dress code and customer engagement

     People management

    • Management and motivation of all staff

     Operational management

    Qualifications:

    Experience and skills:

    • Previous experience in consumer-centric environment
    • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Proven aptitude in analyzing and interpreting sales figures, understanding financial indicators and budget management
    • Comfortable working with different systems and technology, including POS and stock management systems

    Sales Administrator - JHB

    Job Purpose:

    This position is responsible for ensuring that customer purchases and orders are completed in a professional and timely manner. Working closely with the sales consultants there is a great emphasis on administration as well as handling payment from customers.

    This position will be based in our Fourways Showroom. 

    Main accountabilities:

    • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales and orders, including production of invoices, delivery details and handling of payments
    • Responsible for handling cash floats, including balancing daily cash ups
    • Ensuring that all data gathered from customers and sales consultants is accurate (in relation to product codes and delivery addresses etc)
    • Answering telephones in a professional manner and answering queries efficiently when possible
    • Ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
    • Production of reports as required (using Excel) and carrying out all related administration, including filing
    • Assist customers with sales of Homeware products
    • Assist consultants and merchandisers with housekeeping and when required on the store floor.
    • Participation in stock takes on a daily/ weekly basis as directed by the store manager.
    • As the first point of contact with customers, engaging and interacting to enhance the client experience and answer queries.
    • Handling customer complaints as far as possible and referring appropriately when necessary.
    • Must be willing to take on further administration responsibilities if necessary.

     Qualifications:

    • Grade 12/Matric

     Experience and skills:

    • Excellent administration and typing skills are required. 
    • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary.
    • Previous background in customer facing environment in admin role required.
    • Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
    • Passionate about décor and Weylandts furniture and homeware products.
    • Comfortable working with different systems and technology.
