    Specialist: Incident Management - Bellville

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the execution of the Major Incident Management processes.
    • Produce daily and monthly management information (dashboards & reports) as requested by both BCX and the customer and attend meetings to present findings.
    • Ensure the recovery of all major incidents with appropriate reporting and notifications to key Stakeholders. Conduct and coordinate War Room (Physical or Virtual), required in crisis with all identified technical support and BRMs.
    • Proactive management of Major incidents to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal business impact, ensure prioritization and direction.
    • Ensure completion of Incident Analysis Reports for P1 tickets where required or on client request.
    • Continuous improvement of the Major Incident Management Process.
    • Represent BCX in Ad-hoc task team meetings to ensure that Major/Re-occurring incidents are restored as soon as possible and that the root cause is identified and resolved and represent Post-mortems for all major incidents to a satisfactory conclusion.

    Ops Specialist: Incident Management - Bellville

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Coordinate between resolver groups including Client and Vendor support groups, within the Service Level Agreement.
    • Respond to Client queries in accordance with the SLA.
    • P1 and P2 Coordination, ensuring calls are coordinated to the correct resolver and all stakeholders are kept up to date.
    • Review call quality, review if calls are correctly logged, prioritized and classified, address any dedication with Service Desk and Quality Management.  
    • Assist with any Incident Management Tasks that might be required as part of SLA deliverables.
    • Assist with any escalations and tasks assigned from Management.
    • Attend Meetings and Assist with reports with regards to Incident Management.

    Accounting Officer: Debtors - Centurion

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Capture debtors’ details onto the financial system, as per authorised agreements, checking the accuracy and completeness of information against source documentation.
    • Extract debtors’ reports from the system, prior to processing of invoices, according to standard procedures and meeting deadlines.
    • Review listing for any errors/discrepancies and completeness of information, following up on problem areas identified with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Process sundry debtors/employee debtors’ details onto the financial system in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring that all details are captured correctly.
    • Process receipting of payments from customers and maintain debtor accounts.
    • Assist in preparing General Ledger reconciliations related to the debtors function, achieving accurate financial figures by due dates.
    • Provide input to the preparation for debts that are categorised
