    Financial Advisor - Bloemfontein

    Job Outputs:

    • Selling of life assurance and funeral policies
    • Conducting clients needs analysis
    • Following up on leads 
    • Servicing new and existing members
    • Quality control of new business

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Valid SA Drivers License 
    • FAIS credits on NQF level 4 as per FSCA legislative requirements
    • RE5 as per FSCA legislative requirements
    • Valid Drivers License

    First Notice Of Loss Consultant

    Job Purpose:

    To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the registration and query handling of claims

     Job Outputs:

    • Adherence to claims notification and registration process
    • Claims support and administration
    • Liaising with insurers to follow up on outstanding documents
    • Reactive policy underwriting
    • Customer Service 
    • Adherence to risk and compliance requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • 120 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full FSCA aligned qualification as per legislation, is an advantage

    Experience:

    Job Purpose

    • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by handling all administrative functions on an existing member's profile and by providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover.
