    Compliance and Procurement Assistant

    What we are looking:

    • Keeping track of company documents 
    • Keeping track of validity of documentation and liaising with other teams on updating documentation as and when needed
    • Handling company documentation in good faith 
    • Supporting the company to participate in calls for proposal by our client base
    • Ensuring company branding and compliance frameworks are met when submitting bids 
    • Supporting in gathering supplementary documentation for incoming client requests
    • Helping to meet client onboarding requirements
    • Building trusted relationships with internal teams
    • Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
    • Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
    • Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
    • Bringing positive energy into the company and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
    • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
    • Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
    • Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree is required (completed or 2023 graduation date)
    • A valid driver's license.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
    • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

    Events and Marketing Assistant

    What we are looking:

    • Supporting project management of events, roundtables and conferences
    • Developing event themes, agendas, session briefings and other collateral
    • Researching and suggesting suitable topics and speakers
    • Supporting in designing and delivering client facing proposals
    • Managing development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
    • Preparing written materials including marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts.
    • Analysing marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
    • Managing digital and other marketing aspects of the business following our marketing calendar
    • Required to coordinate closely with internal teams.

    Research Analyst with Russian

    SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:

    • Researching reputable media, government, regulatory and law enforcement sources to build and maintain relevant data in LSEG applications
    • Using open-source research methods to collect information in the public domain
    • Identifying regulatory and financial risk such as money laundering, fraud, organized crime, narcotics trafficking, and corruption
    • Becoming familiar and staying up to date with guidelines and regulations to ensure accuracy and high quality of delivered work
    • Collaboration with globally based teams on shared projects

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

    • Fluency in English and Russian
    • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to details
    • Organization skills
    • Very good use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE SKILLS:

    • Knowledge of any other CIS language
    • Awareness of the socio-political context of the countries matching your language skills
    • KYC / Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Crime knowledge and experience would be an advantage
