The Clinical Governance Quality Leader will be responsible for ensuring all unit quality audits are done and the improvement of patient outcomes for the area under their management.

- Collaborate with the operations manager and renal care specialist in determining the clinical need in the region.
- Collaborate with the renal care specialist and unit leader in the identification and development of unit specific education and clinical outcomes goals.
