    Mechanical Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Efficiently engineer and model design using technical and 3D/BIM modeling skills.
    • Manage and deliver the mechanical work packages (HVAC, Wet Services, Drainage, Fire, Medical Gas, Etc) in multiple building projects.
    • Identify the scope, design, and management objectives and delivering project documentation to ensure the quality and flow of information required for contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
    • Production of design calculations, sketch drawings, details of drawings using relevant software (Revit, Revizto, etc) including checking and reviewing of these prior to issue where completed by others.
    • Write technical specifications and reports.
    • Assist the project manager in the preparation/review of project costs, risk assessments.
    • Develop and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure continuous technical professional development.
    • Review contractor pre-qualifications and preparing tender evaluation summaries for tender reviews.
    • Evaluate proposals and recommendations to the client regarding vendor selection.

    Qualifications,Skills and Experience

    Electronics Engineer

    Design Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

Beyond the standard features of a building, our Mission Critical Facility (Data Centre) projects require specific and advanced knowledge and skills. What our clients have in common, is the need for a proactive Design Manager.

    You will assume overall responsibility for the management and execution of MCF/data centre projects within the Industry, Energy and Asset Management Advisory Group.

    You will be tasked with managing designs and delivering high quality results within multidisciplinary project teams consisting of data centre system consultants, architects, and engineers. The responsibilities will include working closely with clients and other key stakeholders to deliver optimal results and implement our vision to be the "World's leading Data Centre Consultant".

    You will be responsible for managing and leading multidisciplinary design assignments covering specialised data centre disciplines including, but not limited to, cooling, security and safety systems, low voltage systems and UPS. The position will be responsible for managing the following deliverables of various disciplines:

    • Develop together with Project Manager comprehensive scope-of-work, design budget and contract document
    • Deliverables list for each related discipline
    • Developing and following design delivery schedule
    • Manage distribution and production of project workload within team
    • Lead specialist engineers / designers etc. from a technical perspective
    • Deliver project documents, specifications, and designs, ensuring the quality and flow of information for the client and their agents
    • Coordinate all design matters relating to a project, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary team design is coordinated, constructable and cost-effective
    • Lead project/design meetings (incl. external) and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work

    BIM Coordinator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Function tasks:

    • Define project information requirements in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
    • Develop and gain consensus of the Project Standards, Methods, and Procedures (SMP).
    • Assess the task team’s capability to produce information in accordance with the SMP.
