    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To ensure assistance in providing a comprehensive professional and cost effective pharmaceutical service to in-hospital patients and the public

    Day Clinic Manager - Pietermaritzburg

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To lead a quality and safe patient care experience that meets the set clinical standards through the optimal management of human and organisational resources within a structured unit.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Ensure safe patient care by meeting set clinical quality standards according to company policies and procedures
    • Manage and mitigate clinical risks in the unit
    • Lead and manage the staff in the unit
    • Manage the unit's operational and capital expenses according to financial and budget guidelines and ensure optimal utilisation of resources

    Operating Department Assistant - Theatre

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To function as a scrub practitioner, circulator and anaesthetic assistant under indirect supervision of a professional nurse. To provide assistance in the recovery room under the direct supervision of a professional nurse.
