    Brand Manager - Hey Dude

    Merchandising:

    • Product Planning and Selection: Identifying customer demand, analysing market trends, and selecting products that meet those needs.
    • Inventory Management: Forecasting sales, managing inventory levels, and ensuring products are available in stores or online.
    • Pricing Strategies: Developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
    • Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring a consistent supply of products.
    • Merchandising Strategy Implementation: Overseeing the placement of products in stores or online, ensuring proper displays, and managing promotional activities.
    • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
    • Budget Management: Managing budgets related to product development, inventory, and merchandising activities.

    • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven decisions, both locally and regionally, based on business cadence
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including regaional marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment.
    • Budget Management: Manage brand marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimised allocation of resources.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Business or any other related field
    • 5+ years' experience in a retail trading environment, 2+ years' experience in managing a team
    • Advanced Microsoft office ability (Excel advanced)
    • Exercise sound judgement based on analysis, experience and fit for purpose
    • Strong ability to interpret sales data, tracking and reporting, and knowledge on how to improve these metrics and execute
    • Budgeting and reporting skills with a strong understanding of marketing & merchandising KPI measurements

    Reception Coordinator (Contract)

    Main purpose

    • This position act as the gatekeeper for the companies by greeting, welcoming, and directing victors appropriately.
    • Ensuring that security and telecommunications systems are maintained. Directing calls and messages in a professional and efficient manner

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Answer the phones and direct the calls
    • Be professional in dealing with incoming calls
    • Manage phone system, i.e. message system, extensions, etc.
    • Take messages and direct accordingly 

    Office and kitchen Co-ordination

    • Identify and arrange all maintenance for office building
    • Get quotes for repairs and have them authorized before placing orders
    • Ensure the work is done and match to quote and sign off with senior person
    • Place orders with suppliers where directed 
    • Ensure receptions area is presentable an always welcoming

    STATIONARY MAINTANENCE

    • Collect orders from HQ and retail stores
    • Courier stationery ordering
    • Place orders
    • Check courier invoices and POD's to ensure validity and sign off for payment
    • Distribute stationary
    • Keep Inventory 

    General Office Duties 

    • Assist with Filing
    • Assist departments as requested, time permitting
    • Have good product knowledge, understand overall company processes, and know where to get information order to deal with queries in a quick and effective manner
    • Be of assistance to the General Managers (Brand Managers)
    • Assisting Senior Management with travel booking arrangements. (Flights, Uber, accommodation etc.)
    • Arranging of gifts for sympathy, wedding (as per direction from line)
    • Birthday calendar update and send out of messages on behalf of ARES group
    • Be an ambassador to the companies and the brands

    Office Cleaning Duties

    • Ensuring that the office/reception area (windows, floors, tables, canteen etc) are always kept clean.
    • Working out a schedule to assist the office cleaner to get around to all duties.

    Boardroom Management

    • Ensure boardroom is prepared for external visitors on arrival. Liase with Office Cleaner to arrange, water/coffee etc.

    Digital Content Specialist

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid media. 
    • Brief in optimize high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to different digital channels to the design agency. 
    • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and different Google Campaign (PMAX) META ads, and other PPC channels as well as newsletters and newsletter flows. 
    • Track, analyse, and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaigns – daily with the agency partner. 
    • Conduct A/B testing on digital content and ads to improve engagement and ROI. 
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce visually compelling and high-performing content. 
    • Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic reach. 
    • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite to monitor content effectiveness. 
    • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice. 
    • Research and apply emerging trends in digital marketing to improve content engagement and performance. 

    Required Skills & Experience: 

    • 2-5 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing campaigns, or digital advertising. 
    • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (PPC, social media, and display ads). 
    • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad performance tools. 
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. 
    • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo). 
    • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
    • Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy accordingly. 
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively. 
    • Passion for digital trends, creativity, and innovation in content marketing. 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Experience in B2C digital marketing. 
    • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. 
    • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
