What you will do:

• Perform feasibility studies, preliminary, basic design and detail design regarding civil works of Renewable plants (Solar, Wind, BESS, green hydrogen);
• Design or review the design performed by external consultants for structural works and infrastructural works (roads, earth movement, pavements, drainage systems) according to technical codes;
• Carry out of due diligence on civil design of Renewable plants
• Review calculation reports, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and shop submittals to support construction;
• Plan, execute the civil design activities throughout the entire life cycle of the project inside project teams;
• Perform site surveys for various renewable plants both for developing new project than to support construction on site;
• Participate to technical meetings and follow up the design activities performed by external suppliers;
• Prepare technical specifications, BoQ, drawings and other technical contractual documents;

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required. Post-graduation or MSc in Hydraulics or Structural or Transportation is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• ECSA registration as a professional is a plus.
• Knowledge in Renewables is a plus.

What you will do:

• Prepare site time schedule for monitoring and coordinating day by day activities.
• Interface with EPC functions, Contractors, and company field management to provide scheduling data for the whole Project activities and resolution of potential schedule/work problems.
• Evaluating, monitoring and comparing with the baseline the actual progress and spent man-hours.
• Planning and control of the physical progress curves (S curves) for the project phase (i.e by discipline/trade, plant area, subcontractor/vendor), in accordance with the Company’s procedures/methods.
• Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Attends periodical project meetings.

Who you are:

• Planning Certification and a degree in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management (BSc, BTech, BEng).
• More than 5 years of proven planning experience working in a team in a project environment.
• 2 years of proven experience of working at construction site.
• Experience of writing reports and communicating with project members of all levels.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken).

What we search for in you:

• Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Availability and flexibility to travel for international business trip and to worksite.
