Prepare site time schedule for monitoring and coordinating day by day activities.
Interface with EPC functions, Contractors, and company field management to provide scheduling data for the whole Project activities and resolution of potential schedule/work problems.
Evaluating, monitoring and comparing with the baseline the actual progress and spent man-hours.
Planning and control of the physical progress curves (S curves) for the project phase (i.e by discipline/trade, plant area, subcontractor/vendor), in accordance with the Company’s procedures/methods.
Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
Attends periodical project meetings.
Who you are:
Planning Certification and a degree in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management (BSc, BTech, BEng).
More than 5 years of proven planning experience working in a team in a project environment.
2 years of proven experience of working at construction site.
Experience of writing reports and communicating with project members of all levels.
Good communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken).
What we search for in you:
Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Availability and flexibility to travel for international business trip and to worksite.
