Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure exceptional luxury customer service at all touchpoints within the dealership.

Compliance and Legal:

• Ensure the dealership operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and manufacturing standards.

Facility and Resource Management:

• Oversee facility maintenance and improvements.
