The Payroll Officer is responsible for the activities relating to the Company Payroll function, core system master data administration, payroll controls adherence, compliance, and governance. The role support end to end Payroll activities that includes but are not limited to all payroll calculations, personnel administration, and time processing. The Payroll Officer will act as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility that includes monthly/bi-annual/annual Employee Tax (PAYE) calculations, administration, and reconciliations. Administrative support to General HR Activities, Employment Equity (EEA4), B-BBEE (Management Control), and Analytics may be required. The Payroll Officer reports to the Payroll Manager.
