    x4 Machine Setter (EBM) - Temp (Kempton Park)

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines
    • Ensure quality product is being produced at all times
    • Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent
    • Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being put into machine
    • Monitor and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked
    • Should be able to make minor repairs to moulders
    • Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for Machine Operators
    • Supervise orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and tools
    • Responsible to report any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety Management where food contact product is produced in the plant.
    • Ensure on-going awareness of Quality, Food Safety, Environmental and Health and Safety Management

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Technical qualification and good experience in plastic processing
    • Matric/ grade 12
    • Experienced in Extrusion Blow Moulding and/or either Toolmaking, mechanic or electric/electronic systems
    • Able to work in a team environment
    • Able to train technical personnel 
    • Effectively manages time as a resource; gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term priorities
    • Must have flexible work availability
    • Able to prioritize, plan and execute duties with minimal supervision 
    • Excellent communication skills in local language and English

    Mould Repair Technician - JHB

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Operate conventional milling machine, grinding machine, lathe
    • Perform moulding machine repair and maintenance per quality system requirements 
    • Assure that the quality of the parts being moulded meet part specifications including part drawing, and cosmetic specification. 
    • Follow all safety requirements and ensure all safety devises in mould room are operational. Shut down, lock out equipment and inform supervisor if safety device is found defective. 

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a technical field, preferably within injection, stretch or blow moulding
    • Toolmaker Trade
    • Good English skills, written and oral local langague skills are required
    • Ability to read technical drawings
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track of training and leading the team

    Regional Project Manager - Africa, Middle East and Turkiye

    The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial, M&A, operational, and sustainability projects in the region. The Regional Project Manager for AMET is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimize resource utilization, and achieve successful project outcomes that align with the company's strategic vision and growth objectives, with a particular focus on AMET-based projects.

    • Lead the development and implementation of robust project management across the AMET region, leveraging deep industry expertise and stakeholder insights to drive operational excellence, optimize resource utilization, and achieve sustainable outcomes that align with the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
    • Managing establishment of new production facilities and sites in collaboration with customers and coordinating all aspects with relevant stakeholders
    • Managing and overseeing execution of commercial / M&A projects, ensuring successful outcomes through effective project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and progress monitoring.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
    • Provide support for operational projects, ensuring they are effectively managed and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify areas where support is required. Offer guidance and assistance as needed,
    • Lead sustainability projects to ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision and growth objectives. Develop and implement sustainability strategies to achieve sustainable outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainability targets.

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years work experience in Project Management and strong interest in Manufacturing
    • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages spoken in AMET a plus.
    • Resilience and willingness to travel
    • Willing to and experienced in working within a regional context
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Project Management Tools
    • This role can be based either in South Africa or elsewhere within the Middle East.

    Material Controller - Lanseria

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Control finished goods, raw and packaging material in and out of the
    • Production, physically and systematically.
    • Prepare and complete all relevant documentation accurately and neatly
    • Check finished goods stock issued from production
    • Manage all stock for the production department
    • Operate the forklift
    • Supply machinery with raw material
    • Capture stock movements on stock control system
    • Move stock physically between locations when required.
    • Abide by FIFO regulations at all times
    • Issuing of product / printing of labels
    • Assist with count stock during cycle counts and stock takes and reconcile counts when doing variance investigations
    • Support production activities
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures as per the standard operating procedures regarding Safety, Health, Environmental, and House Keeping
    • Ensure on-going awareness on SHE related issues
    • Ensure that department’s housekeeping standards are adhere too
    • Responsible to report any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety
    • Management when food contact product is produced in the plant.

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Grade 12 essential and / or equivalent
    • Knowledge of stock control principles
    • Knowledge of all relevant company policies and standard operating procedures
    • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime if/when required
    • Physically able to carry out this function for a shift
    • Computer literacy essential
