    KYC/Due Diligence Analyst - Remote GCCA

    What You'll Bring:

    • BA/BS in business or finance or related field
    • Prior professional work experience required:  5+ years
    • Performance of due diligence examination and or investigation on more complex cases.
    • Authentication of end users permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws. 
    • Assessment of certified intended use of services and or products requested on more complex customers.
    • Examination and investigation via Third Party tools and/or resources; as well as research of online resources that can be used as compensating resource equivalent to third party tools and/or resources.
    • Provide support to the Lead/Manager with various departmental initiatives
    • Support internal partners providing guidance and procedural updates specific to credentialing processes.
    • Document and maintain departmental processes. Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions or clarification on the QA process for Credentialing

    We'd Love To See:

    • Determination, verification and authentication of applicant’s federal, state, city/municipal and other government regulatory requirements including those on international soil
    • Assessment and determination of applicant’s business legitimacy based on local government requirements per applicable country
    • Enforcement of TransUnion policies regarding credentialing and ability to make recommended amendments to the same, based on working experience
    • Lead multiple special handling projects

    • Technical skill:  Proficient to advanced office computer skills; Ability to navigate on the web securely and within terms of such website
    • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong follow-up and teamwork skills; forward thinking and consistently takes initiative to broaden knowledge and skills
    • Possess & display the skill set & abilities to be identified and known as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Credentialing
    • Consulting, Credit, Client Success and Financial Service experience is a plus

    Application Analyst - Remote GCCA - Fixed Term Contract

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans and test cases for our messaging, disputes and scanning platforms.
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage and deployment validation.
    • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality.
    • Document detailed test reports.
    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and usability.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in UAT processes.
    • Continuously improve UAT methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 - 3 yrs Proven experience in UAT process.
    • BCom Information Systems/relevant qualification
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in test management tools and software. Experience in JIRA is desirable

    Marketing Technology Administrator

    What You'll Bring:

    Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Technology & Data, this person will work with a variety of business partners across the enterprise to support platform adoption, development and utilization, set user access and security privileges, manage data flows and communicate change.

    • Assist with user queries, trouble shooting and provide support in responding to any system alerts.
    • Coaching the Marketing and Sales teams through solution capabilities and utilization of technology in line with the strategy and roadmap.
    • Help the Martech team to drive improvements to processes, people, and platforms to continually automate and optimize the marketing technology stack and drive enterprise impact from marketing technology investments.
    • Help develop training documentation and opportunities for existing and new platforms within the marketing technology stack.
    • Collaborate with the MarTech team and business partners to evaluate, assess, and introduce capabilities and platform enhancements to the marketing technology roadmap.

    Requirements

    • Firsthand experience working with Software-as-a-Service marketing technology platforms, i.e. Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Platform, Qualtrics, Medallia to provide support across the marketing technology stack.
    • Experience working in a matrixed global organization supporting business stakeholders with systems and processes.
    • Experience in developing communication plans for Training/Knowledge, to share with the wider Marketing teams and users of the Martech estate, providing a frictionless experience with technology and supporting users to be self-sufficient where needed.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using them to resolve system related incidents and expert Excel skills.
    • Sincere interest in marketing technology and deepening that expertise through working with Salesforce and other marketing technology platforms.
