    Executive Assistant - JHB

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintains Executives’ calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, events and travel.
    • Welcomes and screens visitors and clients, in person or telephonically, and answering or directing inquiries on behalf of the MD and other Senior Executive Leaders.
    • Foster and maintain positive internal and external relationships, engaging with members and stakeholders at all levels of seniority in a professional and collegial manner.
    • Co-ordinates Board and Executive Committee meetings and responsible for following up that minutes are actioned.
    • Responsible for communicating with Board members and other stakeholders and ensures that all responses are done in a timely and professional manner.
    • Compiles Board documents and circulates agendas, reports, minutes and resolutions and ensures that all deadlines are adhered to.
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
    • Supports the Executives in projects, proposals and other matters, through research, consultation and coordination.
    • Provides historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
    • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings and accompanies Executives when requested.
    • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Managing the reception team and overseeing the canteen.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Maintains and protects operations by keeping information strictly confidential.

    Mechanical Team Lead: Curing & Final Inspection

    Job purpose

    • To manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all the mechanical equipment required to achieve organisational goals.

    Main responsibilities

    •  Maintain and reduce machine downtime
    • Planned Maintenance and condition monitoring
    • Repair breakdowns & do faultfinding.
    • Daily walkthrough inspections.
    • Make running adjustments.
    •   Note items for repair.

    Continuous improvement initiatives

    •          Attend CFT activities.

    Safety

    •         Work according to SOP’s.

    Housekeeping

    •         Apply 3S principles.

    Graphic Designer - JHB

    Responsibilities:

    • Create compelling visual content for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, banners, newsletters and billboards.
    • Design and edit videos for promotional purposes, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
    • Develop visually appealing layouts and designs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, and Canva is preferred.
    • Applicants are encouraged to include a link to their portfolio in their cover letter or CV, highlighting relevant work samples.
    • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
    • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
    • Familiarity with using ChatGPT to write copy and for checking spelling and grammar is advantageous.
