    Nike Head Coach (Store Manager)

    • As our Nike Store Head Coach your mission will be to create an environment within a store that will provide a premium consumer experience, a premium employee experience, and implement programs/processes to drive business results.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain operational standards
    • Coach, manage and focus your team, providing them with a common purpose and inspiring them with the power of the brand
    • Build a team with diverse talents and experiences and allowing them to play to their strengths.
    • Responsible for communication and delivery of rewards and recognition for store team
    • Manage financial budget including labour costs and overall expenses
    • Develop strategies to maximize role of store within District (look beyond single store to district impact)
    • Creates plans to address loss prevention concerns with LP
    • Create succession plans, and effectively manage performance and corrective action processes in order to drive Human Resources planning.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's Degree and 6 years retail experience, or 7 years retail experience in lieu of a degree
    • A minimum of 4 years management experience
    • Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management
    • Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems
    • Ability to communicate in English
    • Ability to build, lead and manage high-performing teams
    • Ability to utilize tools to support conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
    • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

    Nike Coach (Department Manager)

    • As our Nike Retail Store Coach, your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programs to drive business results.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Footwear, Apparel, etc.), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising and time and business management
    • Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standard
    • Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event
    • Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
    • Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience

    Qualification:

    • A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years’ retail experience or 4 years’ retail experience in lieu of a degree
    • A minimum of 1 year’s management experience
    • Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people
    • Ability to communicate in English
    • Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

    Nike Lead (Team Leader)

    • As our Nike Store Lead your mission will be to build the bond between the consumer and the brand by providing the highest level of service and inspiring with powerful brand stories adapted to the retail setting.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
    • Handle more complex transactions or customer service situations
    • Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions (shipping and receiving, cashier duties, and customer service)
    • Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise
    • Assist managers in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for associates
    • Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service
    • Assist in coordinating work of other associates
    • May have key holder responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years retail experience
    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
