    Snr Product Manager

    Job Description

    As a seasoned Senior Retail Merchandising Systems Product Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience in Oracle Retail MOM and deep Retail Merchandising experience, your job responsibilities would include:

    • Anchoring client workshops with clients in partnership with internal project teams and service lines
    • Responsible for sharing industry best practices across Retail Merchandising modules like Organisation Hierarchy, Merchandise Hierarchy, Supplier, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management / Adjustments, Cost and Pricing Structures
    • Developing and implementing solutions for clients and/or internal review
    • Experienced in building and implementing Oracle Retail RMS or SAP IS Retail or an equivalent bespoke merchandising system grounds-up on Cloud
    • Thorough understanding of agile ceremonies and provide domain leadership in these ceremonies
    • Provide domain leadership to the Dev and Testing teams
    • Anticipates dependencies of requirements phase on Dev and QA, and provides “Look Ahead” view to PMO
    • Needs to review LLDs and Data Models from a functional point of view and provide feedback
    • Script User Stories, Review User Stories, provide functional guidance for creating wireframes, review wireframes, visual designs
    • Generating reports and working as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
    • Responding to functional queries and requests from team members and customers
    • Should be able to leverage visual aids like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for storytelling purposes

    In addition to the above, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

    • A post-graduation degree in business management is good to have.
    • Certification in Product Management or Product Owner Certification would be a bonus and good to have
    • Have a fair understanding of driving a product led mindset with focus on product management, developing product roadmaps
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in building and implementing bespoke merchandising system or SAP IS Retail Merchandising Module or Oracle Retail MoM Suite of Applications with deep specialisation in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
    • Functional experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Retail Price Management (RPM) is a must have. Knowledge of WMS, Financial Systems (Oracle, SAP) is good to have.
    • Good experience in application of standard software development principles.
    • Understanding of databases and design patterns.

    Automation Tester

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automation Tester to join my client on a 6 to 12 month contract basis. This is an on-site role requiring candidates to work from our office location.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Automation tester or similar role within a software development environment.
    • Proficiency in languages like Java and C#. You must be able to write and maintain test scripts using automation frameworks like Selenium, Specflow, or Cypress.
    • For performance and stress testing, you need proficiency in tools such as JMeter. You must be able to setup and execute performance and stress testing scenarios.
    • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG and living docs. These tools are used to automate the testing process and generate test reports.
    • Knowledge of various testing techniques like functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
    • Create test cases, execute them, and log defects.
    • Be able to test APIs with tools such as Postman.
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Proficiency or familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing day-to-day tasks and storing test plans, cases, and results.
    • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for repo management and build pipelines automation test execution.
    • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and business processes.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Adept at documenting and troubleshooting errors.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

    .NET Developer

    Job Description

    Business Process Analyst

    Job Description

    The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is primarily responsible for analysing and documenting the workflows and operational processes of prospective and actual customers in the Healthcare space and the development of business and functional requirements related thereto.

    The BPA is the team member responsible for the creation of detailed analysis documents on the workflows and operational processes of customers. The BPA will then determine and document the variances with Soteria workflows and formulate a strategy to merge the two with related acceptance criteria.

    The BPA also works with the deployment team and customer support team to support deployment activities, merge processes, perform change management and resolve incidents.

    My client is responsible for development and end-to-end delivery of our high-quality products. They offer web services, integration services and high-quality mobile solutions in the healthcare industry and our back-end infrastructure is built on top of AWS cloud hosting services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product team & Business team
      • Supporting the training process.
      • Understand generic healthcare industry requirements.
      • Maintain in-depth knowledge in the focus area of our products.
      • Supporting creation of business requirements documentation.
      • Ability to manage client workflow analysis to support scope of work finalization.
    • Project and Scrum Team Engagements:
      • Working within the Project Team as Business Analyst.
      • Working with the other team members to investigate problems.
      • Building and developing high quality solutions to problems.

    • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and understanding their goals/pain points.
    • Researching and recommending process redesigns or optimizations to streamline operations.
    • Merging Soteria processes and workflows with existing client workflows and processes
    • Documenting detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analysis reports.
    • Collaborating with process owners, management, and cross-functional teams.
    • Supporting the implementation of new processes or process changes and perform effective change management.

    Education & Experience Required:

    • 5+ years business analyst experience.
    • Direct experience with user story writing in an Agile environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand and document workflows and operational processes.
    • Demonstrated user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
    • Familiarity with various documentation tools, issue tracking tools (Confluence and JIRA) and wireframing.

    I Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Be highly innovative, flexible and self-directed.
    • Experience working in a software development company.
    • Knowledge of healthcare certifications and industry standards (like Meaningful use requirements, HIPAA standards, SNOMED, CDA, ICD, HL7, etc).
    • Knowledge about business process management, notation and tools.
    • Must be able to work well on a personal level with colleagues.
    • Degree or certifications is a bonus (like clinical qualifications).
    • Healthcare domain expertise is a bonus.

    Working conditions/Environment:

    • May be required to work beyond office hours – some nights and weekends – as required by the needs of the department and this position as well as the needs of the organisation.
    • Travel might be required for clinical workshops at client sites.
    • Ability to attend and conduct presentations is required.
    • Manual dexterity required to use laptop, iPad and peripherals.
