Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager to implement the EM South visual merchandising standards and directives in all store concepts and formats within the specified region/area.
- Ensure all stores within specified region/area comply with EM South standards and directives and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement written health and safety programs in the workplace ensuring safe working conditions for all employees and compliance to global company policies and all laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the business expectation & merchandising framework.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the seasonal FO/Planned production OTB & Buy to reflect planned sales and margins.
- Build and maintain monthly views of sales and stock intake including product gap overview.
