    Software Development Engineer - (Full Stack)

    What you'll be doing:

    • Troubleshoot and solve complex software issues using the coding languages above to help scale and future proof the business
    • Deliver excellent production ready, logical and pragmatic code in the following languages, following best-in-class agile processes
    • Communicate and collaborate working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to anticipate and communicate blockers, manage expectations and solve problems
    • Ensure testing techniques and frameworks are considered and champion improvements to achieve company quality goals more efficiently

    What skills and experience would set you up for success in the role:

    • Experience working in a full stack role and either experience working with our tech stack or experience working in similar languages with a desire to work in our tech stack
    • Genuine passion for the end product and delivering outstanding customer solutions with pragmatic, logical and maintainable code
    • Enjoy working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver against key projects
    • An understanding of web development practices and technologies and tools. Exposure to e-commerce a bonus
    • Familiar with software architecture patterns, database optimisations, infrastructure, scalability and deployment
    • A broad understanding of the software development lifecycle and practical hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery & QA
    • Experience working in and driving an Agile development environment

    Product Adoption Executive

    What you'll be doing:

    • Generate reports and analyse data to produce insights for impactful decision-making to support TP retention and engagement goals
    • Work to agreed targets focusing on both retention and performance metrics
    • Leverage CRM such as Hubspot and product retention platforms such as Chameleon to influence retention and user engagement at scale
    • Drive retention and growth among our TPs through regular, meaningful conversations that build and nurture relationships and identifies and resolves issues
    • Provide meaningful insight to the business and the product team to improve the TP experience
    • Ensure TPs have the necessary tools and information to deliver exceptional service to our customers and encourage best practices, such as using the app and taking photos, to enhance service quality 
    • Build and nurture a network of key stakeholders across AnyVan and collaborate with departments like Allocations, Recruitment & Onboarding, and TP Support, to resolve complex issues and improve the TP experience
    • Ensure TPs are enabled by creating training content such as mailer campaigns, videos, and platform tours
    • Score and evaluate TP training outcomes to ensure they meet AnyVan’s standards and set goals and timeframes for TPs to implement solutions and improvements and then monitor success through TP performance on an ongoing basis
    • Review and update training materials to reflect business changesManage underperforming TPs by proactively engaging with them on how to improve their scores

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Degree educated with a strong background working in a fast paced commercial organisation in a target driven role
    • Experience working with a marketplace on the supply side would be advantageous
    • Experience working with product teams would be advantageous
    • Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills with the ability to produce accurate and effective insights and reporting to help drive decisions
    • Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM and training platforms
    • Data competency such as use of SQL or BI Tools highly beneficial
    • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical approach that uses data to support and inform solutions
    • The ability to develop, multiple high quality, trust-based working relationships that demonstrates we understand TP's needs and are able to support and guide them through processes to meet those needs and achieve strong results for AnyVan
    • Proactive and action orientated, you demonstrate high degrees of curiosity, accountability and ownership to consistently deliver
    • Proven track record working to and consistently delivering against targets
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment in which you need to prioritise and re-prioritise to managing multiple relationships and tasks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with TPs and internal stakeholders
    • Able to commute to our offices in the central business district in Cape Town at least 3-4 days a week

    Customer Services Executive - Digital Channels

    Sales Executive (Outbound Calls)

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Speak to and engage customers from across the UK who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needs
    • Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services
    • Work with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generation
    • Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
    • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • A passion for sales and solid experience in call centre sales with exposure to International customers - in particular the UK market is advantageous
    • A proven track record closing deals and consistently meeting targets
    • The ability to build rapport, engage and close customers over the phone
    • Strong active listening skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Resilient with a positive outlook
    • Organised with strong attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal English Language skills
    • A bias to action with a proven track record of getting things done at high tempo 
    • The ability to commute to our offices in the CBD for work
    • Strong alignment with our company values
