Speak to and engage customers from across the UK who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needs
Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services
Work with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generation
Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement
What you'll need to succeed:
A passion for sales and solid experience in call centre sales with exposure to International customers - in particular the UK market is advantageous
A proven track record closing deals and consistently meeting targets
The ability to build rapport, engage and close customers over the phone
Strong active listening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Resilient with a positive outlook
Organised with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English Language skills
A bias to action with a proven track record of getting things done at high tempo
The ability to commute to our offices in the CBD for work
