    What You'll Have Done Before

    • 3-4 years Call Center Experience in 3 or more departments.
    • SAP ERP P00 knowledge and understanding
    • SAP CRM Knowledge and understanding
    • Knowledge and understanding of Call Centre and business processes.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)

    Advantageous:

    • Bi-lingual – English and African language

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
    • Focus on quality and customer service
    • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to management team.
    • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. 
    • Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
    • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
    • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff. 
    • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
    • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Creditors Controller

    Who You Are:

    Baseline: 

    • NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Accounting or related) 
    • 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable 
    • SAP experience (FI module)

    • NQF level 6 (Diploma in Accounting)

    • Gain a deeper understanding of vendor, bank and other GL accounts processes from a specialist point of view  
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded

    What You'll be doing:

    • Verify and process invoices according to internal processes for smooth operations.
    • Process timely payments to meet contractual terms.
    • Ensure accurate and reconciled customer statements through rigorous checks.
    • Maintain good relations with internal and external customers.
    • Prepare invoices per IFRS, verifying POs and scanning to FSSC.
    • Manage GRIR clearing account and petty cash vouchers/replenishments.
    • Select suppliers for FSSC account reconciliations.
    • Accurately scan and verify vendor invoices.
    • Ensure correct payments to vendors within contract terms.
    • Resolve queries with FSSC and vendors.
    • Update recurring charges in SAP and ensure monthly accounts payable reporting.
    • Review/manage age analysis report on accounts payable.
    • Ensure compliance with business controls, governance, and regulations.
    • Protect the company from financial and business risks.
    • Adhere to internal and external audit requirements.

    Industrial Sales Specialist

    Who you are:

    • You are highly motivated to maximize sales opportunities in the Automotive and/or manufacturing industries specifically Industrial Lubricants sales.
    • You have built meaningful business relationships with large industrial, manufacturing, automotive franchise and OEM customers.
    • You are an expert at identifying business opportunities and maintaining customer base.
    • You are passionate about people, relationship building and results.
    • You have excellent interpersonal skills dealing with company directors/ executives, procurements officers and shop floor personnel.
    • You have a reputation for providing excellent service, adding value to clients and growing your sales portfolio.

    What you have done:

    Baseline:

    •  NQF level 6 (in Science, Engineering, Business or related qualification) 
    • Minimum 5 years sales and technical related experience
    • knowledge of Automotive and Industrial manufacturing environment in South Africa
    • Experience working with Tier 1 clients and executive management.

    Advantageous:

    • 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing
    • Ability to work individually and successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
    •  Demonstrated ability to self-manage your portfolio and understand the demands of the business environment.
    • Advanced selling technique knowledge, technical skill or desire to acquire same
