Responsibilities

• To source better parts price with same quality via current suppliers and find out alternative supplier(s) if current supplier can’t be able to supply same quality products or can’t comply with parts team requirement. 
• Ensure New Model Launches are supported in order to meet the 98% parts availability target at J#1
• Be responsible for cost reduction initiatives for responsible suppliers and contribute to the overall IMG FCSD purchasing cost reduction target. Conduct market tests, participate in TVM’s and make use of cost estimators in order to keep the part price at the lowest level possible at any time.
• To evaluate and negotiate all price revision requests from supplier per compliance to Ford GTC.
• Support North America, European and other regional service part purchasing teams by identifying potential IMG suppliers for specific commodities and support the negotiation process and the PO placement.
• Maintain the sourcing contract for the responsible service parts. Support and improve the on-going supply performance of IMG suppliers.
• Maintain a close relationship with OE CFTs (Purchasing, STA, PD, Mfg) and other PS&L CFTs
• Proactively participate in cross functional projects (mainly PS&L) or multi-national teams (e.g., Purchasing processes across regions) as required by the business.
• Adhere to purchasing processes, stay in line with the levels of authority and ensure audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Engineering or Technical Discipline
• No. of Years of Experience  6+ yrs. work experience in Purchasing, preferred in the automotive industry 
• Professional Exposure (Technical Skills) Familiarity with purchasing process and financial and/or purchasing software applications. 
• Preferred previous experiences    Experience in any of the following is preferred: Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain
• Functional Skills    Proven analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to work across matrix organization, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Behavioral Skills    

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with capability to work independently. Team player.

Special Knowledge/ Skills Required    

• Excellent in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
• Strong negotiation skill.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Customer journey: Work with the regional IMG team to identify critical areas across the customer journey that we must win at based on our customer needs and expectations. Help build the north star vision, customer journey, enablers and what success looks like for prioritized experiences. 
• Responsible for operating the OneCX platform for the SAF market:  Manage the overall strategy and reporting of CEI and NPS at a national level. Implement and manage related processes for field staff and dealers ensuring focus on market objectives. Drive insights and recommendations from analyzing the data to support decision making. 
• Collaborate across multiple skill teams and disparate stakeholders to operationalize new omni-channel experiences relevant to your market. 
• PDCA – Have clear definitions of what success looks like for critical experiences in SAF and can track, learn, and adjust based on the findings to deliver on what success looks like.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• 5+ years Marketing, sales or service automotive experience culminating in a sound ability to project manage, problem solve, manage key stakeholders and influence others.
