    Process Technican

    Process Technician

    • We are looking for a Process Technician for our site in Tulisa Park, South Africa. As a Process Technician you will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installation of equipment under regular supervision and in a timely manner to minimise disruptions of site operations. In this exiting role you will:

    Preventative Maintenance:

    • You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and/or repairs of production and facility equipment, proactively identifying and resolving recurring maintenance issues in theassigned area of activity.

    Electronic and Mechanical Installations:

    • You will conduct electrical or mechanical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation and/or controls.

    Safety:

    • You will work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, AIB,OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA and internal safety guidelines. You will maintain level of housekeeping / sanitation / food safety and safety which meets Company’s standards and guidelines.

    Lean:

    • You will participate in lean activities.

    Ad Hoc:

    • You will be required to perform other tasks as assigned.

    Your Professional Profile includes:

    • Minimum N4.
    • Must be a qualified with a recognized trade test (red seal).
    • In addition, knowledge of the following: compressors, boilers, pumps and gearboxes.
    • Overall work experience 5+ years in FMCG as an electrician/Millwright
    • Experience of fault finding and repair of electrical systems, including Mechanical knowledge
    • Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
    • Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment for installation, disassembly and testing of electronic,pneumatic and electrical devices.
    • Panel wiring.
    • Ability to interpret and understand electrical drawings.
    • Demonstrate the ability of fault finding techniques (electrical and mechanical).
    • Basic understanding of continuous improvement.

    Sales Assistant Learner

    In this exciting role you will:

    Co-ordinate Sales:

    • You will prepare monthly sales reports in order for the Commercial Director and Key Account Manager to monitor performance of each customer.
    • You will assist Commercial Director and Key Account Manager with general CRM requirements.
    • You will assist in planning and coordinating customer visits.

    • You will manage, with suppliers, the administrative tasks andordering for all corporate gifts, desk pads and calendars for customers for the end of year.

    Regional Comp & Ben Manager, SAMEA

    In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be:

    • Participate in shaping strategic orientations for the global compensation and benefits function
    • Perform regional compensation and benefits benchmarking and competitive analysis, staying apprised of market trends in all SAMEA markets, propose program enhancements or corrective actions as appropriate
    • Conduct benefits cost analysis and review country policies and programs, such as insurance plans, pension, care policies, etc.
    • Conduct pay equity analyses and actively contribute to defining the Company’s global policy and framework
    • Develop salary structures and evaluate positions in SAMEA in collaboration with local HR and GBS Rewards
    • Monitor policy implementation in the field, providing advice and guidance on all compensation and benefits matters to HRBPs / field HR

    Senior RM Planner

    In this role you will:

    • Follow the parameterization in SAP.
    • Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.
    • Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability.
    • Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
