    Paid Social Analyst

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.
    • You'll contribute to the daily management of digital media paid social campaigns for some of our main clients, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Manage paid digital media campaigns on several social networks—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest—focusing on profit growth and meeting budget goals.
    • Identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
    • Help with validation and audits on campaigns of the same team.
    • Produce reports for the client.
    • Work with internal Client Management teams to support the smooth implementation of work and shadow meetings with the client.

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience activating and optimising paid campaigns in either Meta, TikTok or Pinterest ads.
    • You can maintain complex spreadsheets, in Excel for example, and can process large amounts of data.
    • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
    • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
    • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business

    Paid Search Analyst

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Paid search enthusiast with a desire to continue their pursuit of a career in digital marketing.
    • You will be reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director.
    • We're looking for someone with some prior paid search experience at agency or client-side that's driven, keen to learn and excited about making a difference to clients and those around you.
    • We're looking for a data geek; someone who turns numbers into stories, and stories into results.
    • We're not looking for perfection, but someone that strives for perfection and pulls out all the stops to learn, improve and grow.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Day to day management of digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals
    • Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different search engines networks in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
    • Analysing the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
    • Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations as well as areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
    • Working closely with internal & Client Service teams to assist in the smooth implementation of work
    • Working closely with Paid Search Directors to develop and execute paid search strategies

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year experience managing paid search accounts
    • Certifications within Google Ads (Search, shopping, display, video)
    • PMax knowledge
    • Desirable SA360, Apps ( ACE & ACI) GA4, Appsflyer
    • A passion for digital marketing
    • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
    • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
    • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
    • Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
