    Marketing Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the products and services offered by the various Orion Companies
    • Create and manage marketing content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and websites
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and promotions
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement
    • Assist with the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding

    Qualifications:

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • Create visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, websites, social media graphics, and more
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and design strategies

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the market. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

    Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

    • Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
    • Craft compelling job advertisements tailored to attract highly qualified candidates.
    • Manage and update job postings on the company’s web-based recruitment platform (e.g., Simplify.hr) and other relevant portals.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

    Screening & Selection:

    • Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job-specific criteria.
    • Conduct in-depth screening interviews via phone, video, or in person.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide insights on candidate profiles.
    • Perform thorough background checks, including references, criminal records, and credit checks when required.

    Candidate Experience:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
    • Regret unsuccessful candidates with professionalism and empathy.

    Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

    • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Utilize headhunting techniques to secure niche and senior-level talent.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.

    Administrative Excellence:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
    • Draft and negotiate employment contracts.
    • Address candidate queries regarding salaries, benefits, and logistical arrangements.

    Collaboration & Support:

    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of recruitment practices with broader organizational goals.
    • Assist with profiling, psychometric assessments, and scoring when necessary.
    • Provide support for miscellaneous HR tasks, contributing to the overall success of the department.

    • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
    • Immediate availability to commence employment will be an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications and skills to match them with suitable job openings
    • Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates
    • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
    • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
    • Keep abreast of industry and market trends to provide hiring managers with up-to-date information and recommendations
    • Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors in order to meet recruitment targets, deadlines and goals

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment agent, Internal Recruiter or in a similar role with focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.  This is not an HR role and focuses only on recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
    • Must be in possession of a valid driver's licence and own reliable motor vehicle.
