Key Responsibility Areas 

• Infrastructure management. 
• Maintenance of Network devices. 
• Provide user support and attend to logged incidents. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-year National Diploma/Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering, BCom etc). Certification in CCNA/HCIA. 
• Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in Wide Area Network (WAN)/Data Centre Network (DCN)/Local Area Network technologies, Troubleshooting Technologies, Network Topologies, Network Design, Application Layer and Routing protocols.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Plan and implement infrastructure 
• Oversee the maintenance of the network infrastructure 
• Perform incident management and attend to escalated requests by Network engineers to ensure that service level agreements are met 
• Supervision of staff. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: minimum 3-year National Diploma or Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering, BCom etc). Certification in CCNA/HCIA. CCNP Data Centre Network / Enterprise or HCIP will be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 5 – 6 years practical experience in Wide Area Network (WAN)/Data Centre Network (DCN), topology, Network Design, Application Layer and routing protocols.

• MANAGE PRODUCT DELIVERY – Manage product delivery to ensure successful delivery of the project; 
• PROJECT CONTROL – Monitor and Control project activities to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives within budget, scope, time and quality according to plan; 
• PROJECT CONTROL – FINANCE – Consolidate, Monitor and control project costs and revenue to ensure delivery of the project within budget and profitability guidelines; 
• PROJECT CONTROL – RISK – Monitor and Control project risks and issues; and 
• PROJECT CLOSURE – Close Project according to company policy. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• At least 3 years Project management experience, 
• At least 3 years working experience in an IT environment and 
• At least 3 years in public sector IT environment. 
• Minimum: 3 Year National Diploma / Degree in Business Management/ Project management / Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent (at least NQF Level 6). 
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Prince 2 Practitioner Certification and/or Agile PM Practitioner will be an added advantage. 
• Experience: A minimum of 5 – 6 years working experience, including:
