    Footwear Developer

    • As our lead Footwear Developer, you’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of teams to realise your designs from concept to production. Beyond your footwear development expertise, your solid knowledge of diverse roles, industries and working conditions is essential in building an enduring, practical, robust and commercially successful footwear range.   

    These are the traits that will set you apart as our Product team’s footwear visionary:

    • Lead the development of our safety and non-safety footwear ranges, taking ownership of the full development process at every stage, from strategy and sourcing to final sign-off.
    • Consistently work in partnership with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, propose solutions and ensure fit-for-purpose intent is upheld.
    • Inject your authentic obsession for design excellence, practical innovation and performance details into every footwear development project.
    • Conduct essential research to better understand customers’ specific needs, and create solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
    • Demonstrate the communication skills needed to propose ideas, articulate requirements and oversee the production process with confidence.
    • Exhibit the curiosity and determination to expand your knowledge and skills, to continually pitch new footwear innovations while enhancing our existing footwear range.
