Description

Scope & Dimension of the Role

1.Support Legal Counsels with various projects they are leading in the health and hygiene business- Marketing, Procurement, Corporate Governance, Compliance
2.Support head of legal in strategic projects by conducting research and administrative duties
3.Preparing presentations for trainings and other team presentations to the business and leadership team
4.Working centrally in Data Privacy by attending and co-creating content for DPC meetings and assisting with necessary steps by keeping abreast with Data Privacy regulations to ensure business compliance
5.Support Legal Counsels with artwork/digital artwork approvals and promotional advertising
6.Shadow Legal Counsels on contract negotiation, review and assist with drafting of basic contracts
7.Shadow Legal Counsels on litigation matters/update litigation tracker with developments
8.Assist Legal Counsel with drafting of resolutions
9.Support the overall team with research when required
10.Upload documents onto Legal SharePoint

Professional Qualification & Experience

1.LLB Degree with strong aptitude in business related law subjects
2.Proficiency in Microsoft applications
3. Newly Admitted as Attorney or Awaiting admission
4. Experience in Drafting (Strong emphasis)
