    Spec: Product Manager

    Core Description

    • Responsible for the execution of the Internet product lifecycle management process, including financial and market performance of Telecommunications products through the product life cycle.
    • The role optimises product performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Functions include targeting, competitive positioning, external environment analysis, technology planning and setting product roadmaps and coordination of product line strategies together with relevant stakeholders.
    • Responsible for defining the strategic product portfolio direction and objectives to ensure execution of the business strategy.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Gather and analyse market requirements and convert these into system requirements; drive the development of differentiated products or enhance existing products, with defined processes
    • Manage product portfolio, including development of description, value proposition, offerings and packages, cost and pricing and maintain product information on operational support systems
    • Manage product performance, including fulfilment assurance, financial performance and product life cycle considerations (i.e. building product roadmaps, particularly technology roadmaps)
    • Position products and outbound messaging with collateral, and enable the sales force through training, incentives and battle cards
    • Promote products externally with press, clients, and partners and monitor the competition
    • Measure existing customer service performance, continually refresh and optimise technology and conduct research and development
    • Manage change requests, paper and electronic invoices, order forms price plans and feature and package codes on billing systems

    Snr Spec: Solution Architect (Complex Deals)

    Core Description

    • To develop of solutions in accordance with business requirements and operational and service level agreements.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Contributing to the Sales & Solutions Business Unit Strategy and Operational Model
    • Accountable for producing complex, often multiple business unit solutions that meet the required levels of quality and standards within negotiated and agreed service levels, operational level agreements or contracts.
    • Accountable for developing and presenting winning solution proposals including inter alia solution strategy, architecture and design, and pricing that meets client requirements and aligns with the BCX Cloud Platform Services strategy

    Ops Spec: SAP

    Core Description

    • Responsible for participating in the scoping and implementation of SAP Solutions for clients.
    • Ensure that implementations and support services meet client requirements.
    • Responsible for preparation and contribution to the process design specification, configuration, testing and implementation of required SAP solutions.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Complete projects and deliver quality solutions to clients in time, within budget and to agreed scope.
    • Ensure projects and solution deliveries have the required documentation, testing plans, etc.
    • Meet deliverable requirements/service level measures/specific targets. (e.g.: Meeting SLAs confining to quality requirements)
    • Drive and actively participate in designing and developing fit for purpose solutions for clients through obtaining and analysing business requirements and researching best practice (R&D).

    Core Description

    • To manage the execution of IT projects in accordance with the specified and agreed upon scope, timeframe, budget, and quality requirements.
    • To monitor adherence to project management governance, principles, standards, and methodologies.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Define project plans incorporating scope, budget, and timeframes to ensure quality and successful project execution.
