    Credit Intelligence Analyst II

    Purpose Statement

    • The role will be based in the Credit Client Account Management team, which oversees existing credit clients and focuses on a wide spectrum of areas across the credit life cycle. Client-first is a tangible experience in this role, and you will be involved with key strategies and client experience initiatives ensuring that clients receive the support they need to manage their credit effectively. 

    Assume end-to-end responsibility for a credit intelligence workstream through: 

    • Leading and guiding the delivery of complex analytical output. 
    • Leading the identification, development, implementation and maintenance of new credit intelligence strategies and solutions
    • Address business problems relative to credit intelligence workstream. 
    • Building and maintaining new statistical models to inform credit intelligence decision making.  
    • Providing guidance and technical oversight to junior team members

    Experience
    Minimum:

    • 4 - 6 years’ experience in retail credit analysis (including programming in SQL / SAS / R / Python, descriptive and diagnostic analytics, statistical modelling, and data visualisation).
    • In case of Honours degree: 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail credit analysis (including SQL programming and descriptive analytics).  
    • Credit intelligence performance and optimisation.

    • Experience in assuming a leadership role during a project.

    About the role:

    • The Level III Software Engineer plays an integral part in a cross-functional team dedicated to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to development, deployment, and ultimately operating each product. At this level, Software Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems and applications, considering scalability, performance, and future requirements. They guide and support developers and stakeholders in scoping, progress, status, and resolution of engineering problems. 
    • The Back-end Software Engineer plays a crucial role in building solutions that offer optimum performance, reliability, and scale.     Senior Credit Manager

    Purpose Statement

    • To evaluate and manage the intuitive credit and associated risks within an allocated portfolio in a geographic region; effectively integrating and controlling the credit function by maintaining the quality of credit risks across the portfolio, minimizing the risk of loss through bad debts, while maximizing profits.

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join Open Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will be responsible for validating RESTful and/or SOAP APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across our platform.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • 2+ years of experience in API testing or software QA.
