    Partner Technical Specialist (Midrand)

    Description

    • The Partner Technical Specialist (PTS) works with different cloud solutions, supporting resellers and our internal teams with technical assistance and technical thought leadership. The role encompasses enablement and growth of cloud and cyber security partners as well as the scoping, deployment and high-level support for solutions to our partners and their customers. The successful applicant will work hand in hand with our vendors (like Microsoft, Google, etc) and Cloudmania’s internal stakeholders to drive the technical aspects around sales of all offered services. The incumbent will be an expert, assisting partners to retain their customers, identify upselling opportunities and advising them on the best options available for their customers. The role will focus on the acquisition and presales engagement of cloud customers. The successful applicants will work hand in hand with cloud vendors and Liquid Intelligent Technologies’ Business Group Leads and Partner Development Managers to drive workload adoption. The incumbent will be an expert for the workload assisting partners to retain their customers, identify upselling and new opportunities and advising them on the best options available for their customers.

    AI Platform Engineer (Midrand)

    Role Purpose

    • The AI Platform Engineer at Cassava AI Factory develops the AI platform, enabling users to build and deploy models efficiently. This role integrates the platform with NVIDIA GPUs for high-performance computing, ensuring scalability and user satisfaction. Responsible for the development and optimisation of AI infrastructure utilising NVIDIA products, i.e H200 GPUS.
    • The AI Platform Engineer will be required to design and implement the infrastructure for building, deploying, and managing AI applications. The focus will be on creating scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support AI workflows. This role will involve building data pipelines, integrating machine learning models, and ensuring the efficiency of AI operations. 
    • Working with our AI Solutions Architects who design the solutions, the AI Platform Engineers need to have a firm understanding of all the technologies being deployed and the ability to implement the proposed solution working in a project team and overseen by the Service Delivery Manager and/or Projects Manager. The Cloud Platform Engineer will be involved throughout the client engagement process, from initial scoping and surveys, through project implementation and delivery, and if required for ongoing support and maintenance of the customer environment.

    Role Description

    • Design and develop features for Cassava’s AI platform to enable seamless AI model development and deployment. Integrate the platform with Cassava’s cloud infrastructure and NVIDIA H200 GPUs for high-performance computing capabilities. Implement tools and services for model training, experimentation, monitoring, and versioning to boost user productivity significantly. Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and best practices consistently.
    • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and customers to gather requirements and feedback for platform enhancements. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to users, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform to maintain competitiveness. Document platform architecture, features, and usage guidelines to facilitate user adoption and provide robust support. Manage the assurance of Cloud platform through:- Ensuring a high-resolution efficiency for incidents- Maintain architecture deployment standards- Comply with all Process, Patch Management, Change Process, for any deployed and managed Cloud services- Produce reports to measure compliance to SLA and MTTR for customer managed cloud services and platforms- Conduct customer cloud readiness assessments and reports the outcome

    Requirements

    • Aleastt least 4-5 years’ experience in AI infrastructure, particularly with GPU technologies like NVIDIA H200 GPUs or similar high-performance hardware.

    Role Purpose

    • The AI Technical Product Manager at Cassava AI Factory plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products and services hosted on the company’s cloud platform.
