    API Developer - WordPress

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Developing, testing and maintaining new Zoho CRM components and Zoho Creator applications to assist with business processes.
    • Writing functions in Deluge for automation workflows / performing system updates.
    • Developing integrations between Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator components.
    • Developing and testing integrations with 3rd party applications (Trello, Zoom, Google Calendar) using OAuth 2 authentication protocol.
    • Developing cloud functions and endpoints on our Google Cloud Platform.
    • Maintaining our GCP cloud functions and BigQuery databases.
    • Creating scalable and long-term solutions on our system to satisfy business requirements.
    • Creating financial reports with project data using spreadsheets.
    • Creating reports and carrying out data analysis using Python or relevant language.
    • Working with multiple departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions.
    • Debugging processes over multiple applications and platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BSc or similar majoring in computer science or IT would be advantageous.

    Relevant Skills / Experience:

    • Experience with WordPress and JavaScript is essential.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
    • Solid understanding of data structures and experience with relational databases.
    • Experience working with API’s, webhooks and authentication protocols.
    • Ability to work in a small team on multiple projects.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to take ownership for your accountabilities.

    Business Development Manager

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Meeting revenue, GP and other relevant targets set and reviewed annually.
    • Landing new sales and meeting targets.
    • Driving / supporting the adjacency sales team and helping to meet those targets.
    • Managing the team to design solutions, develop proposals, create budgets, deliver presentations and demos.
    • Leading a diverse team in the sales life cycle.
    • Managing the sales function, team and processes.

    • Experience selling professional services related to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. or similar IT solutions to large corporations.
    • Solid relationships and a good network in a similar environment.
    • Solid experience working with sales CRM tools and funnel management.
    • Strong presentation skills with exposure to presenting to senior executives in large corporations.
    • Keeping up to date with market trends / activities.
    • Ability to identify business opportunities.
    • Ability to establish effective relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.
    • Strong communications skills.

    Pre-Sales Engineer

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Working with client stakeholders to draft proposals and impact assessments.
    • Creating designs and estimates and seeking approval and sign-off to manage any subsequent delivery risks.
    • Bid responses - providing detailed responses in RFX processes.
    • Performing customer demonstrations including building custom demos.
    • Creating technical sales collateral and re-usable proposal materials to support sales staff, partners and internal customer champions.
    • Working with Client Enterprise Architects to develop and maintain an Enterprise Architecture
    • Creating high level Solution Designs to meet customer functional requirements.
    • Documenting designs and gaining approval from the design authority.
    • Working with customers to interpret requirements and remove ambiguity.
    • Ensuring the solution is designed in accordance with the High Level Solution Design.
    • Escalating any issues that are likely to have cost or time impacts.
    • Maintaining training materials and delivering training to customers, partners and internal staff.
    • Participating in team meetings and actively contributing to designs, issues, risks, interdependencies and other items under discussion.
    • Actively contributing to knowledge capture systems such as the internal Wiki and document management systems.
    • Conducting team training sessions to both gain and deliver knowledge and experience.
    • Supporting the organisation by ensuring compliance with time sheeting, status management, administration and other internal procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.

    Relevant Skills / Experience:

    • 6+ years’ experience in either analysis, design or development of commercial software development.
    • 5+ years’ experience in software development roles.
    • Expertise in the Telecommunications ideally.
