    Internship Forestry

    Requirements:

    • BSc. Agriculture in Forestry
    • The applicant must be 18 to 35 years of age
    • The applicant must be South African citizen
    • No work experience required

    Job duties

    • Assist with daily forestry operations, including planting, pruning, thinning, and harvesting trees.
    • Monitor forest growth, health, and productivity, ensuring sustainable practices are applied.
    • Participate in forest inventory and data collection activities, such as measuring tree diameters, heights, and species identification.
    • Support the implementation of forest regeneration and reforestation programs.
    • Assist in managing agroforestry systems, integrating trees with crops or livestock.

    Internship (Agri-Business)

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • BSc Agribusiness Management
    • The applicant must be between 18 and 35 years of age
    • The applicant must be South African citizen
    • Preference will be given to graduates who studied with University of Venda
    • No work experience required

    JOB DUTIES 

    • Participate in the capacitation of agricultural cooperative members.

    • Monitor crop growth and performance under various environmental conditions.
    • Participate in pest and disease control strategies.

    Job requirement

    • Bsc Agriculture in Animal Science
    • The candidate must be 18-35 years of age
    • The candidate must be South African citizen
    • The preference will be given to the candidate who graduated with University of Venda

    Job Duties

    • Assist with daily livestock care and management, including feeding, health checks, and record-keeping.
    • Monitor growth performance, reproduction, and disease management in livestock.
    • Participate in the development of feeding programs and ration formulation.
    • Assist in implementing animal welfare practices.
    • Perform routine data collection and analysis on livestock performance. 
    • Support vaccination, deworming, and other veterinary interventions
