    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own project plans across multiple workstreams, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with external, internal stakeholders, and team members to keep projects moving.

    • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
    • Understanding of web or platform projects – you've been involved in a website redesign, platform migration, or similar initiative and can give meaningful feedback to designers and developers.
    • Comfort with data – can work with dashboards, track metrics, and present numbers clearly to management.
    • Tech-savvy and a genuinely fast learner – picks up new platforms and tools quickly.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both written and verbal.

    IT Support Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality remote support to end users with a strong focus on clarity, empathy, and ownership.
    • Own the full ticket lifecycle:
      log, categorize, prioritize, resolve, escalate, and follow through to closure with strong user communication.
