    Specialist: Legal & Domestic (Income Tax)

    Job Purpose

    • To provide a comprehensive legal or ancillary service by analysing/diagnosing the problem, identifying risks and enabling resolution within Direct Tax.

    Education and Experience

    Minimum Qualification & Experience Required 

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma in Law (BA Law / LLB) equivalent to NQF level 7 and 8-10 years' experience in all direct taxes environment, of which 3-4 years ideally at junior specialist level in the Income Tax advisory experience.

    Minimum Functional Requirements

    • LLB and admitted Attorney OR BCom degree in Accounting; CA(SA) an advantage.

    Marketing Communications Specialist

    Job Purpose

    • To provide expertise, advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics, through the achievement of marketing and communication objectives within the organisation, thus enable tactical translation, operational development and implementation of the Marketing strategy, in line with overall Communications strategic objectives.

    Education and Experience

    Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management and Communication and 8-10 years' experience in the Marketing, Communication, Public relations, and Brand management industries of which 3-4 years is at a Junior Specialist level.

    ALTERNATIVE

    • Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and 15 years’ experience in the Marketing, Communication, Public relations, and Brand management industries of which 3-4 years is at a Junior Specialist Level.
    • Note: The alternative qualifications and experience refer to the internal minimum requirements (internal staff of SARS).

    Senior Agile Coach (Fixed Term Contract Ending March 2028)

     Job Purpose

    • To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of area specific activities and end-to-end processes, by managing production and resources within the processing area, in order to deliver on approved operational plans and to continuously enhance service delivery.
