    Employee Relations Manager - FMCG - Multi Site Environment (67747)

    Job Description

    • Our client, a leading organisation within a complex, multi-site FMCG environment, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to establish and lead a best-in-class ER function. The role is based in Gauteng (Johannesburg)
    • This is a strategic and hands-on role for a seasoned ER professional who can operate confidently in a unionised, fast-paced environment, balancing operational demands with strong stakeholder engagement and sound labour relations practice
    • You will be responsible for shaping and driving the organisation's ER approach-ensuring compliance, consistency, and constructive labour relationships while supporting leadership teams across multiple sites.

    Key Focus Areas

    • Design and implementation of ER strategies, frameworks, and policies
    • Management of complex ER cases including grievances, discipline, and disputes
    • Representation at CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
    • Union engagement, negotiation, and relationship management
    • Coaching leaders on ER best practice and fair process application
    • Driving ER governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Supporting organisational culture and change initiatives

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education and Experience

    • Postgraduate qualification in Labour Relations, HR, or related field (Labour Law advantageous)
    • 8+ years' solid Employee Relations experience in a complex organisation
    • Proven CCMA and Labour Court representation experience
    • Strong background in unionised FMCG environments
    • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Deep knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA)

    Job Description

    • A well-established medical practice situated in Berea near St Augustine's Hospital in Durban, is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Case Manager to join their friendly and professional team.

    Introduction

    • The Case Manager utilising clinical knowledge and expertise, mitigates financial risk through comprehensive and accurate coding of hospital events, communication with funders on justification for hospitalisation level of care and length of stay.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for application of clinical knowledge in justifying patient hospitalisation in terms of treatment, length of stay and level of care.
    • Monitor and action risk related to medical aid benefits and hospitalisation.
    • Ensure accurate, specific, and comprehensive clinical coding
    • Timeous, effective communication and follow up with medical aids.
    • Review authorisation aspects approved, mitigating financial risk and final releasing the case for billing.
    • Liaise with a network of internal and external stakeholders regarding patient treatment.
    • Adhere to the NHN Managed Health Care rules of engagement.
    • Compliance with all industry relevant legislative acts, regulations, and circulars

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Case Management qualification AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
    • Case Management experience

    Senior Import & Export Controller (67847)

    Job Description

    • A leading client based in Durban is seeking a Senior Import & Export Controller to take full ownership of import and export execution across South Africa and the SADC region.
    • This is a senior, hands-on operational role responsible for managing end-to-end trade execution, ensuring shipments are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with customs and international trade requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end import and export shipments from booking through to final handover
    • Execute FOB exports across containerised (FCL/LCL) and breakbulk cargo
    • Manage vessel bookings, sailing schedules, port cut-offs and cargo readiness
    • Coordinate SADC cross-border movements, including road-in-bond / RIT shipments
    • Ensure compliance with SARS Customs & Excise requirements
    • Manage and control customs documentation including SAD500, SAD502 and SAD505
    • Oversee bonded warehouse / bond store movements, acquittals and releases
    • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents and transporters
    • Monitor operational risks including delays, rollovers, demurrage and detention exposure
    • Maintain accurate records across ERP, TMS and customs systems
    • Support process improvement, KPI reporting and operational efficiencies

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 7-10+ years' experience within import/export, logistics or freight forwarding
    • Strong seafreight background (containerised exports essential; breakbulk advantageous)
    • Proven experience managing FOB exports
    • Hands-on customs experience including SAD500 / SAD502 / SAD505
    • Experience with bonded warehouse / bond store operations
    • Strong understanding of Incoterms
    • Experience with CargoWise and/or ShipShape essential
    • ERP exposure (SAP, Syspro or similar)
    • Strong Excel and reporting capability
