    Beauty Consultant

    Purpose of the Job    

    • Are you passionate about beauty and skincare?
    • Medirite Plus Paardevlei is looking for a dedicated Beauty Consultant with a strong interest in the retail beauty industry to join our team and provide expert advice on beauty and wellness products.

    Your main duties will consist of :

    • Advising customers on products and prices and;
    • Promoting and selling beauty products by means of rendering excellent customer service

    Job Objectives

    • Drive and maximize beauty department sales through promotions, cross-selling, and up-selling beauty products.

    • Handle customer queries and escalate where necessary to management.
    • If required, assist with any ad hoc duties, excluding dispensary.

    Qualifications    

    Essential 

    • Grade 12 qualification

    Desirable

    • Professional certification in Beauty Therapy and Makeup or any other relevant course. Certifications in cosmetology will be an added benefit.

    Experience    

    Essential

    • Proven experience working within a beauty and skincare environment in a similar role.
    • At least 5 months of point of sale / till point experience within a retail environment.

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
    • Understanding of which products suit different skin types.
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products.
    • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
    • Results and target-driven.
    • Strong administration skills.
    • Bilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English.
    • Engaging and friendly personality.
    • Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.

    Quality Assurance Clerk

    Purpose of the Job    

    • To assess the call quality of the call centre agents who deal with our existing and potential customers. Coaching and training of staff

    Operations Manager (Transport)

    Purpose of the Role

    • To lead and manage the operational delivery team within Transrite, ensuring optimal performance across driver management, shift operations, and logistics execution.
    • This role is responsible for driving service excellence to DC and Freshmark through strategic oversight of daily schedules, vehicle utilisation, and compliance processes.
    • The Operations Manager will play a key role in fostering accountability, resolving operational challenges, and enabling continuous improvement across all touchpoints of the delivery function.

    Job Objectives    

    • Management of Drivers, Shift Managers and Debriefing Personnel
    • Daily performance reports
    • Monitoring daily and weekly registers – Toll cards, attendance, breakdowns, fines, wash bay, pre and post trip inspection sheets.
    • Disciplinary action and grievance handling.
    • Follow up on daily handover book - problems and queries from drivers and stores.
    • Weekly feedback reports from debriefing manager on driver performance – fuel, co-driver and accidents.
    • Weekly feedback reports from Operations Shift Managers – vehicle utilisation, service level to DC and Freshmark, meal allowance schedules and follow up on whether vehicles for service were booked off.
    • Clocking's and the editing thereof
    • Managing daily delivery schedule/plan to achieve high service levels to both DC and Freshmark.
    • Adhoc Operational tasks that influence the efficiency of the Transrite operation

    Qualifications    

    • Teritary qualification in Transportation or related fields. (Essential)

    Experience    

    • A successful track record (Minimum of 3 years experience) in Operations at Management level in a similar operation

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • Computer literacy: Good all round computer literacy, in particular a thorough working 
    • knowledge of excel

    Maintenance Manager

    Purpose of the Job    

    • To strategically lead and manage all aspects of fleet maintenance operations, ensuring vehicle reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective service delivery.
    • The role is accountable for optimizing fleet performance through proactive servicing, vendor management, and workshop oversight, while supporting business continuity, safety standards, and operational efficiency across the fleet lifecycle. 

    Job Objectives    

    • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the execution of the below; 
    • Sign/approve Invoices for the repair and maintenance and breakdowns of fleet
    • Planning of servicing of the fleet
    • All vehicles licenses
    • Controlling of vehicle trip sheets and parts gate pass
    • Spot checks according to quote versus actual back from service providers
    • Check/ Manage Tyres with service provider
    • Receive new vehicles and manage all fitment
    • Tyre scrap weekly
    • Manage all service providers on site
    • Manage and assist with OHS where applicable.
    • Housekeeping of workshops
    • Arrange outside service providers if needed for repairs on vehicles (service providers not on site)
    • Arrange/approve all accident repairs
    • Assist with accidents on the road
    • Capture services (brakes, A services and COF services and licenses of the trailers on mix
    • Managing all maintenance costs.

    Qualifications    

    • The minimum requirement is Grade 12 and to be a qualified as a Diesel Mechanic. 

    Experience    

    • A successful track record at management level in a similar position is essential. This experience must include financial/expense management and the budget process. Technical knowledge about the industry will be an advantage.

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • Thorough working knowledge of disciplinary / grievance handling procedures 
    • Good interpersonal skills at management and staff level.  
    • Team leadership and management skills are essential. 
    • Computer literacy: A good level of general computer literacy (Essential) 
    • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
