    Curro Choice Supervisor

    Key performance areas

    Classroom Management

    • Manage classroom environment and learners during live and tutorial lessons
    • Ensure learners remain engaged in their live lessons or Moodle courses during tutorials
    • Oversee and manage Curro Choice headsets within the classroom
    • Monitor learner progress via tutor/teacher feedback and Power BI dashboard
    • Assist with invigilation during assessments/tests
    • Log service desk tickets for technical or connectivity challenges
    • Enforce discipline and alert learners to assignment/task deadlines and submission dates

    Administrative Duties

    • Maintain attendance registers for all supervised learners
    • Provide feedback to parents and school management regarding learner performance
    • Receive and print assessments/tests/exams according to Curro Choice schedule
    • Scan and email completed assessments/tests/exams to relevant Curro Choice teachers
    • Communicate effectively with Curro Choice teachers and tutors regarding learner performance in the venue

    Qualifications, experience and skills

    • Grade 12 (Matric) – essential

    Maintenance Assistant

    Key performance areas

    • Assist with the marking and preparation of sports fields and school grounds.
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across school facilities.
    • Transport materials, equipment, and occasionally staff/learners as required.
